Implementasi Human Reliability Analysis untuk Meningkatkan Disiplin Diri Masyarakat terhadap Aturan Pemerintah

Disiplin diri memiliki dampak signifikan pada berbagai aspek kehidupan. Kualitas pendidikan, produktivitas ekonomi, hingga kesejahteraan masyarakat sangat dipengaruhi oleh tingkat disiplin diri. Salah satu bentuk disiplin diri masyarakat yaitu kepatuhan terhadap suatu aturan dari pemerintah. Keberhasilan implementasi aturan tersebut tidak hanya menciptakan disiplin diri tetapi juga memastikan fungsi sosial yang optimal. Memahami dan meningkatkan kepatuhan diri masyarakat adalah kunci untuk mencapai kemajuan yang berkelanjutan. Melihat pentingnya disiplin diri, diperlukan penelitian terkait cara melakukan human reliabilty analysis yang dapat membantu untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan diri masyarakat. Didapatnya cara melakukan human reliabilty analysis, dirasa bisa meningkatkan kepatuhan diri masyarakat. 

Dalam penelitian ini, human reliability analysis digunakan untuk mendapatkan tingkat keandalan masyarakat terhadap suatu aturan pemerintah. Human reliability analysis digunakan bersamaan dengan @PrecisionTree Palisade software. @PrecisionTree Palisade software digunakan untuk membantu dalam analisa human reliability analysis. Dilakukan human reliability analysis untuk mengetahui tingkat keandalan masyarakat.

Disebutkan bahwa human reliability analysis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini sangat baik dengan nilai RMSE sebesar 0,01849865011. Tingkat keberhasilan analisis menegaskan bahwa human reliability analysis bukan hanya instrumen evaluasi, tetapi metode prediktif yang mampu memberikan pandangan tentang tingkat keandalan disiplin diri masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua metode dan teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berhasil untuk mendapatkan tingkat keandalan masyarakat. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan human reliability analysis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah valid. 

Self-discipline has had a significant impact on various aspects of life. The quality of education, economic productivity, and community well-being are greatly influenced by the level of self-discipline. One form of community self-discipline is obedience with a government rule. The successful implementation of these rules not only creates self-discipline but also ensures optimal social functioning. Understanding and enhancing community obedience are key to achieving sustainable progress. Recognizing the importance of self-discipline, research is needed on how to conduct human reliability analysis, which can help improve community obedience. The knowledge gained from human reliability analysis is believed to enhance community self-discipline.

In this study, human reliability analysis is used to assess the reliability level of the community towards a government rule. Human reliability analysis is conducted in conjunction with the @PrecisionTree Palisade software. @PrecisionTree Palisade software is used to assist in the analysis of human reliability. Human reliability analysis is performed to determine the community's reliability level.

It is mentioned that the human reliability analysis conducted in this study is excellent, with an RMSE value of 0,01849865011. The success rate of the analysis confirms that human reliability analysis is not only an evaluation instrument but also a predictive method that provides insight into the reliability level of community self-discipline. The research results show that all methods and theories used in this study successfully obtain the reliability level of the community. Thus, it can be concluded that the human reliability analysis conducted in this study is valid.
