Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Program Kamisan Daring Tahun 2023 Bagi Pemuda Penghayat Kepercayaan dalam Pengembangan Kapasitas Kelompok

Setelah memperoleh pengesahan hak-hak sipil, para Penghayat Kepercayaan menghadapi tantangan perihal keberlanjutan generasi yang akan mewarisi ajaran kepenghayatannya. Sebagai jawaban dari persoalan tersebut, Majelis Luhur Kepercayaan Indonesia (MLKI) sebagai lembaga utama yang mewadahi seluruh Penghayat Kepercayaan di Indonesia membentuk sebuah organisasi yang disebut sebagai Gema Pakti. Organisasi ini dibentuk sebagai wadah representasi pemuda Penghayat Kepercayaan untuk menjadi kunci dan ujung tombak dalam proses regenerasi para Penghayat. Para pemuda Penghayat Kepercayaan di saat ini pun dapat bergabung dalam sebuah program yang disebut sebagai Forum Kamisan Daring (FKD) yang dicetuskan oleh Intersectoral Collaboration for Indigenous Religions (ICIR) sebagai salah satu inisiatif kolaborasi lintas sektor. FKD dicetuskan untuk memberikan wadah kepada pemuda Penghayat Kepercayaan dalam rangka penguatan jejaring dan lingkup kelompoknya. Penelitian ini merupakan bentuk evaluasi program yang menggunakan model analisis Context Input Process and Product (CIPP) dengan pendekatan pemberdayaan. Fokus pada penelitian ini adalah proses FKD yang menjadi salah satu upaya pemberdayaan melalui penguatan kapasitas kelompok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan memanfaatkan teknik pengambilan data yakni wawancara, studi pustaka, dan observasi partisipasi. Melalui pendekatan dan metode tersebut, penelitian ini menghasilkan luaran berupa evaluasi program dan rekomendasi untuk program FKD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program FKD sudah memberikan dampak pada Pemuda Penghayat Kepercayaan seperti meningkatkan eksistensi dan partisipasi kelompok, dengan beberapa catatan evaluasi. Evaluasi tersebut antara lain ditujukan pada proses koordinasi penyelenggara program dan pelaksanaannya.  

Following the legal acknowledgment of their civil rights, Penghayat Kepercayaan are still facing challenges regarding the continuity of inheriting their teachings to the next generation. To help provide an alternative to that challenge, Majelis Luhur Kepercayaan Indonesia (MLKI) as the main foundation for all Penghayat Kepercayaan groups in Indonesia, created an organization called Gema Pakti. Gema Pakti was proposed as a place for the youth of Penghayat Kepercayaan to actualize their roles as the main spearheads for their regeneration dynamics. The Penghayat Kepercayaan youth at this time can also participate in the Forum Kamisan Daring (FKD), a program initiated by the Intersectoral Collaboration for Indigenous Religions (ICIR) as an intersectoral initiative. The initiation of FKD as a routine program was meant to provide a place for the youth to strengthen their networking as well as widening the scope of their group. This paper is a form of a program evaluation which uses the Context Input Process and Product (CIPP)  analysis model, all the while still within the scope of the empowerment approach. The focus of the analysis is the FKD process which has been one of the main modes of empowerment through capacity building. The qualitative method becomes the base of this paper, utilizing several data collection methods, such as: interviews, literature studies, and participant observation. By doing so, the output of this research takes the form of a program evaluation as well as recommendations for the FKD program. The results show that the FKD program has been able to give an impact for the Penghayat Kepercayaan youth in terms of increasing their existence and their group participation.
