Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Kelompok Penentuan Karyawan Terbaik menggunakan Metode Promethee dan Copeland (Studi Kasus : Klinik Mutiara)

The selection of the best employees at Klinik Mutiara Lampung aims to improve employee performance. Enhanced performance at Klinik Mutiara will undoubtedly have a positive impact on the quality of work. Employee evaluations are conducted by assessing them through five supervisors and considering various assessment parameters. Considering that each supervisor has different assessments and preferences, a computer system is required to assist in the context of decision-making, specifically in the process of identifying the most qualified employees at Klinik Mutiara, a Group Decision Support System (GDSS) is required.
The Group Decision Support System created for this study utilizes the Promethee method (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation) and the Copeland score to make decisions. The Promethee method is used to calculate assessments and generate rankings based on each decision maker, while the Copeland method is used to assign values based on voting for each alternative.
The final results obtained from the Promethee method as the first calculation stage by the five decision makers in sequence are A10, A10, A8, A10, and A3. Based on the results obtained in the Promethee stage, a pairwise contest table will be created, taking into account the weights of the decision makers. The ranking of the alternatives with the most victories in the final method, Copeland, is A10. This result is used as a recommendation for the best employee at Klinik Mutiara.
