Setiap perusahaan wajib melaksanakan tanggung jawab sosialnya. Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) merupakan salah satu cara untuk memenuhi kewajiban tersebut. Program pemberdayaan peternak Ayam Petelur Bageur di Desa Tugubandung, Kecamatan Kabandungan, Kabupaten Sukabumi merupakan bentuk tanggung jawab sosial yang dilakukan Star Energy Geothermal Salak, Ltd melalui program bina lingkungannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses keberhasilan dan capaian Program Pemberdayaan Ayam Petelur Bageur di wilayah bisnis Star Energy Geothermal Salak, Ltd. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi kasus. Dalam penelitian ini membahas tentang pelaksanaan program pemberdayaan masyarakat mempunyai beberapa aspek yang digunakan untuk melihat bagaimana pelaksanaan program pemberdayaan masyarakat khususnya pada program pemberdayaan Ayam Petelur Bageur di Desa Tugubandung. Aspek yang digunakan adalah komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi. Dan tingkat keberhasilan program pemberdayaan yang diukur dalam penelitian ini merupakan hasil dari program pemberdayaan masyarakat Star Energy Geothermal Salak, Ltd yaitu pemberdayaan Ayam Petelur Bageur yang diberikan kepada beberapa masyarakat di Desa Tugubandung. Tingkat keberhasilan Program Pemberdayaan Ayam Petelur Bageur diukur dengan menggunakan lima aspek yaitu tingkat kesejahteraan, akses terhadap sumber daya, kesadaran kritis, partisipasi, dan kontrol. Sementara itu, terdapat aspek tambahan yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan temuan di lapangan, pengaruh faktor lain seperti masuknya COVID-19 di Indonesia, pergantian community development officer atau CDO dari perusahaan Star Energy Geothermal Salak, belum adanya pelatihan untuk mengasah soft keterampilan anggota kelompok, serta sifat pasif sebagian anggota kelompok menyebabkan program tidak berjalan sebagaimana mestinya.

Every company is required to carry out its social responsibilities. The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program is one way to fulfil this obligation. The empowerment program for Ayam Petelur Bageur breeders in Tugubandung Village, Kabandungan District, Sukabumi Regency is a form of social responsibility carried out by Star Energy Geothermal Salak, Ltd. through its community development program. The aim of this research is to find out the success process and achievements of Ayam Petelur Bageur Empowerment Program in the business area of Star Energy Geothermal Salak, Ltd. business area. This research uses a qualitative research design using case studies. In this research, discussing the implementation of the community empowerment program has several aspects that are used to see how the implementation of the community empowerment program is, especially for the Ayam Petelur Bageur empowerment program in Tugubandung Village. The aspects used are communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. And the level of success of the empowerment program measured in this research is the result of the Star Energy Geothermal Salak, Ltd. community empowerment program, namely the empowerment of Ayam Petelur Bageur, which was given to several communities in Tugubandung Village. The level of success of the Ayam Petelur Bageur Empowerment Program was measured using five aspects: level of welfare, access to resources, critical awareness, participation, and control. Meanwhile, there are additional aspects that were not included in this study. Based on the findings in the field, the influence of other factors such as the entry of COVID-19 in Indonesia, the change of community development officer, or CDO, from the Star Energy Geothermal Salak company, the absence of training to hone the soft skills of group members, as well as the passive nature of some group members, causes the program not to run as it should.
