Pengaruh diskusi tayangan film petualangan kelompok terhadap motivasi bekerjasama

Teori dan hasil penelitian sudah banyak yang menunjukkan bahwa kerjasama mempengaruhi banyak hal dalam sebuah kerja. Motivasi kerja, produktivitas, kenyamanan kerja, loyalitas, kepuasan kerja, merupakan aspek-aspek yang kondisinya banyak dipengaruhi oleh tingkat kerjasama dari komunitas kerja tersebut. Kerjasama yang baik pada tingkat lanjut juga berpengaruh pada solidnya sebuah tim atau organisasi. Kondisi ini tentu berkaitan dengan keberlangsungan sebuah tim atau organisasi. Kesimpulan dari hal tersebut adalah pentingnya salah satu komponen pembentukan perilaku yang perlu diperhatikan, yaitu motivasi. Motivasi merupakan kekuatan yang akan mengarahkan dan mendorong individu untuk melakukan sesuatu. Motivasi akan membuat suatu perilaku senantiasa dilakukan selama motivasi ada. Motivasi bekerjasama merupakan suatu hal yang penting berkaitan dengan upaya memunculkan suatu perilaku bekerjasama. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh diskusi tayangan film petualangan kelompok terhadap peningkatan motivasi bekerjasama. (2) pengaruh tayangan film petualangan kelompok terhadap peningkatan motivasi bekerjasama. Sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta diambil dengan rekrutmen terbuka relawan sebagai calon subjek penelitian. Peserta dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok. Satu kelmpok kontrol dan dua kelompok eksperimen. Kelompok eksperimen pertama hanya di beri tayangan film petualangan kelompok, sedangkan kelompok eksperimen kedua diberi tayangan film petualangan kelompok dan diskusi tentang film tersebut. Uji T dengan Paired Sample Test dengan membedakan antara pre dan pos, Hasilnya adalah kelompok A dengan t = - 1,902 dan p = 0,084, kelompok B dengan t = 0,928 dan p = 0,373, kelompok C dengan t =- 3,283 dan p = 0, 007.

Theory and research have robustly indicated that teamworks pervasively influence job performances. Among others, teamwork influences motivation, productivity, climate, loyalty, and work satisfaction. Further, good teamwork also influences the cohesiveness of teams or organizations. Hence, teamwork may directly or indirectly influence the continuity of a team or an organization. On of the crucial factors of teamwork is motivation.. It represents the driving factor and the guiding principle for individual to act. It keeps the performance intact over time and conditions. The motivation to cooperate is an important factor to stimulate cooperative behaviors.. This research was intended to reveal: (1) the influence of group adventure film discussions on the improvement of teamwork motivation, (2) the influence group adventure films on the improvement teamwork motivation. The respondents for this sample research was recruited among students of the faculty of psychology, Surakarta Muhammadiyah University. Participations to the study were voluntary. The participants were divided into three groups, that is, one control group and two experiment groups. The experimental treatment (the group advanture film) was presented to the experiment groups, but the follow-up discussion was only conducted with one of the experiment groups. Paired Sample T-Tests for pre and post test result in group A (control group) with t = - 1,902 and p = 0,084, group B (experiment group, without follow-up discussion) with t = 0,928 and p = 0,373, and group C (experiment group, with follow-up discussion)with t = - 3,283 and p = 0,007. Thus, this study concludes that discussions that following up the presentation of group adventure film increase teamwork motivation.
