The Covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on several business sectors, including food supply, which has resulted in food prices continuing to increase sharply to their highest point in 2022, coupled with the geopolitical issue of Russia's invasion of Ukraine which has had an impact on increasing world fertilizer prices. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of environmental factors such as rainfall, temperature, and financial requirements on increasing the productivity of farmers' cultivation in KSPP North Sumatra. In addition, this research develops an agricultural model through a comparison of three types of financing for cultivation revenues based on productivity achievements according to conditions at KSPP North Sumatra. The research results identified that rainfall conditions, air temperature and cultivation costs influence productivity. <!--[if !supportAnnotations]-->[S1]<!--[endif]--> The results of a comparison of three cultivation models, namely conventional, organic, and natural farming, show that natural farming provides the highest profits, namely with a CBR value of 1.95, while organic and conventional farming are 0.83 and 1.22 respectively. Relative efficiency is mostly obtained from the use of natural materials that farmers process themselves so that even though productivity is relatively lower, the profits obtained by farmers are still relatively higher when compared to other agricultural models.
