Pencetakan tiga dimensi
tanpa perlakuan panjang setelah pencetakan.
3D printing technology is an ever-changing field of study. This
includes continuous effort on applications. Digital Light Processing technology
has seen significant developments in various applications. In this research,
three-dimensional printing technology using the Digital Light Processing method
was developed to produce composite workpieces without lengthy post-processing.
Typically, composite materials are challenging to print without special
manufacturing techniques, high energy sources or nano-based materials.
This study discusses the manufacturing process, tensile
mechanical property testing, and characterization of the 3D printing of
particulate composite materials using UV-sensitive photoresin and micro-nickel powder
as the base materials. Variations were made in printing orientation and the
Nickel content in the mixture.
The results show a significant improvement in tensile
mechanical properties compared to the base material that uses only UV-sensitive
photoresin. Different fracture characterizations were also observed in the
composites compared to the base material. However, the testing indicates that
the printing method still cannot produce a uniformly composite result, thus
requiring further research.
