PENGARUH PERBEDAAN JENIS HARI KUNJUNGAN DAN POINT OF INTEREST TERHADAP JUMLAH WISATAWAN SERTA KAITANNYA DENGAN DAYA DUKUNG FISIK KAWASAN

Kawasan Wisata Alam Plawangan Turgo merupakan salah satu obyek wisata alam yang terdapat di Y ogyakarta. Keunikan dan kekhasan atraksi alam membuat kawasan ini menjadi salah satu tempat yang ramai dikunjungi wisatawan, terutama pada akhir pekan. Kawasan tersebut memiliki beberapa point of interest yang menjadi titik tempat konsentrasi wisatawan untuk melakukan aktivitas wisatanya. Point of interest yang dimaksud yaitu Playground, Air Terjun, dan Bukit Pronojiwo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan jenis hari kunjungan dan jenis point of interest terhadap jumlah wisatawan, serta kaitannya dengan daya dukung fisik kawasan. Metode pengambilan data yang dipakai adalah Two-stage sampling. Tahap pertama populasi wisatawan dalam 2 bulan dibagi menjadi kelompok jenis hari kunjungan biasa (Senin-Jumat), kelompok hari Sabtu, dan kelompok hari Minggu. Pada tiap kelompok hari kunjungan dipilih masing-masing 3 hari secara random. Tahap selanjutnya, pada masing-masing hari yang terpilih, dilakukan pengambilan sampel jumlah wisatawan di tiga point of interest. Rancangan penelitian yang dipakai adalah rancangan faktorial dengan 2 faktor, yaitu faktor jenis hari kunjungan dan faktor point of interest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor jenis hari kunjungan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap jumlah wisatawan di Kawasan Wisata Plawangan Turgo. Berdasarkan uji lanjut yang dilakukan, hari Minggu memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap jumJah wisatawan di kawasan ini. Jenis point of interest tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap jumlah wisatawan, juga tidak terdapat interaksi antar jenis hari dan lokasi point of interest. Daya dukung fisik (PCC) Playground sebesar 630 orang!hari, Air Terjun sebesar 404 orang/hari, dan Bukit Pronojiwo sebesar 366 orang/hari. Jenis hari dan Iokasi yang melebihi daya dukung fisiknya yaitu pada lokasi Playground pada hari Minggu sebesar 2.272 orang, dan pada lokasi Air Terjun sebesar 1.430 orang.

The Natural Tourist Area of Plawangan Turgo is one of the natural tourist spots in Y ogyakarta. The unique and typical of the natural attractions make this area to be one of the busy places which is visited by the tourists, especially at the weekends. The area has some point of interests that become point of concentration for the tourists to do their tourist activities. Point of interests here are Playground, Water Fall and Pronojiwo Hi11. This research has the aim to understand the influence of the differences of kinds of day visits and point of interests to the number of tourists and its relationship with the physical carrying capacity of the area. The data taking method which was used was Two-Stage sampling. The first step the 2 month tourist population was divided into a group of an ordinary day kinds of visits (Monday through Friday), Saturday group, and Sunday group . On each group of the day visits was chosen 3 days at random for each. The next step, on the chosen days, sample was taken the number of tourists on the three point of interests. The research plan being used was a factorial plan with 2 factors, those are kinds of the day visits and point of interest factor. The research showed that kinds of the day visits give significant influence to the number of tourists in the Tourist Area of Plawangan Turgo. Based on the next observation, Sundays give significan influence to the tourist visits in this area. Kinds of the point of interest didn't show the significantly difference to the number of tourists, there wasn't any interactions among kinds of days and location point of interest. Physical Carrying Capacity (PCC) of the Playground was 630 people/day, the Water Fall 404 people/day, and Pronojiwo Hill 366 people/day. Kinds of days and locations that could have more than the physical carrying capacity was on the Playground on Sunday was 2.272 people, and on the Water Fall was 1.430 people.
