DAMPAK PENGELOLAAN TAMAN WISATA ALAM RIMBO PANTI (Sumatera Barat) TERHADAP PENDAPATAN MASYARAKAT

Rendahnya kesejahteraan masyarakat disebabkan karena adanya ketidakseimbangan antara jwnlah lapangan kerja dengan jwnlah tenaga kerja. Pembangunan pariwisata adalah sesuatu yang perlu dikembangkan, dengan adanya pembangunan kawasan wisata akan mendatangkan kesempatan kerja bagi masyarakat sekitar. Kawasan wisata dapat menyediakan lapangan kerja bagi masyarakat sekitar sehingga masyarakat tersebut dapat meningkatkan pendapatannya. Penelitian ini berlokasi di di dusun sekitar obyek taman wisata alam Rimbo Panti di Kecamatan Panti, Kabupaten Pasaman Timur, Propinsi Sumatera Barat,yang meliputi Dusun Tonang Baru, Dusun Belimbing, dan Dusun Air Terbit. Populasi yang diambil adalah masyarakat yang sudah terlibat dalam pengelolaan kawasan wisata dan masyarakat sekitar yang tidak terlibat. Dari basil penelitian diperoleh basil bahwa persepsi masyarakat terhadap keberadan taman wisata, motivasi masyarakat untuk terlibat dalam upaya pengelolaan kawasan taman wisata, dan peluang kerja yang ada· di kawasan wisata ini sama-sama berpengaruh terbadap tingkat pendapatan masyarakat sekitar kawasan taman wisata alam Rimbo Panti.Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah Y=l,385 -0,0000499Xl + 0,122X2 + 0,669X3. Nilai R (koefisien korelasi) sebesar 0,835. Hal ini menunjukkan 83,5% dari variable mempunyai hubungan dengan tingkat pendapatan, sedangkan Rsquare (koefisien determinasi) sebesar 0,698 berarti persepsi, motivasi dan peluang kerja bersama­sama berpengaruh sebesar 69,8% terhadap tingkat pendapatan. F hitung sebesar 73,808 dimana besamya F hitung lebih besar dari F table dalam taraf uji 0,05, ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi, motivasi, dan peluang kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat pendapatan.

The low of society prosperity caused by its imbalance between employment amount with the labor amount. Tourism development is something that require to be developed, with the existence of development of tourism area will conducive to the opportunity work for society of around. Tourism area can provide the employment for society in the area so the society can improve its earnings. This research has location in orchard of around object tourism garden of Rimbo Panti in Sub district Panti, Regency of Pasaman East, Province of West Sumatra, which is covered the New Orchard Tonang, Orchard Belimbing, and Rising Water Orchard Population is taken from the society which has involved either society which has not involved in the tourism area management. From research result obtained that society perception to existence of tourism garden, motivate the society to be involved in the effort in the management of tourism garden area, and opportunity work which exist in this tourism area are having the same effect on to level of society earnings in the surrounding area of Rimbo Panti tourism garden. The obtained regression equation is Y=l,385 -0,0000499Xl + 0,122X2 + 0,669X3. R Value ( correlation coefficient) equal to 0,835. This figure shows 83,5% from variable have the relation with the earnings level, while R square ( coefficient determination ) equal to 0, 698 meaning perception, motivate and opportunity work together have an effect on equal to 69,8% to earnings level. F count equal to 73,808 where level of F count bigger than F table in level test 0, 05, this indicate that the perception, motivate, and opportunity work by together have an effect on the significant to earnings level.
