Pola Spasial Sumberdaya Pertanian Kaitannya Dengan Ketersediaan Bahan Pangan Di Kabupaten Bone Bolango

Agriculture is one sector that greatly influences human survival. The need for food continues to increase due to a growing population. In fulfilling this demand, it takes food in sufficient quantities. The availability of food is influenced by many factors, one of which is agricultural resources. Broadly speaking, this study aims to determine the condition of farming resources, food availability, and the relationship between the two.
The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and crosstab-correlation analysis. The analysis results are presented as maps, tables, and graphs. The analysis phase was run on ArcGIS and Statistical Package of the Social Science (SPSS) software. The variables of agricultural resources and food availability are described in sub-district units. Parameters of agricultural resources used are land area, number of farmers, seed and fertilizer assistance, as well as agricultural machinery tools. Meanwhile, for food availability, rice, corn, and bird's eye chilies will be used. The spatial distribution of food availability is presented as a map. Each parameter of agricultural resources and food availability is classified into low, medium, and high.
Agricultural resources are described in the form of an index which is arranged based on the score of each parameter. There are six districts with low class, five districts with medium category, and seven districts with high type. The total production of lowland rice in 2022 will reach 81,201.73 tons, with the Tilongkabila sub-district being the largest producer. Corn production decreased by 32.41% from the previous year, with Kabila Bone District as the largest producer. Cayenne pepper with a total output of 14,805.5 tons, and the Kabila Bone sub-district is the largest producer. The relationship between agricultural resources and food availability has a perfect correlation with a significance level of less than 5%.
