This research is aimed to reveal : 1) the interconnection between human resources support, physical and procedural factors with the success of the integrated team in claiming the expenses of the third party outpatient, 2) what is the best-resulting factors in decreasing the arrears of the expenses by the outpatient of the third party, 3) evaluation by Integral Team before and after Integral Team existence. The research variables are the types of claim services of the third party’s outpatient, human resources, physical, prosedural variables and successful evaluation before and after the existence of Integral Team. The subject of this research is a total of 43 respondents, comprise of 13 respondents from management of the Public Hospital (RSUD) of Koja, 9 respondents from PT. Allianz and 21 respondents from the Integral Team. This research utilizes Likert scale as the instrument to assess respondents perception on the research variable through questionnaires. From the result of the research, it can be summed up that : 1) there is a clear interconnection between human resources support, physical factor and collective claim procedure, 2) the best-resulting factor is the clarity of the claim procedures, 3) according to two proportion trial between expenses claiming realization of the third party outpatient before and after the existences of Integral Team, there is a positive result tendency.
