Pengaruh ASI terhadap kenakalan pada anak sekolah dasar negeri

Tujuan penelitian: studi adalah untuk menambah pengetahuan tentang manfaat menyusui bagi perkembangan psiko-sosial anak terutama pengaruh menyususi terhadap risiko kenakalan pada anak. Latar belakang penelitian: Diduga ada hubungan antara meningkatkan perilaku anak­ anak dan periode awal perkembangan. Banyak riset menunjukkan keuntungan menyusui termasuk didalamnya dalam meningkatkan hubungan anak dengan ibu dan mengurangi perilaku ibu over-protective kepada anak-anak mereka. Kegagalan pembentukan ikatan bonding dan attachment akan berpengaruh besar pada perilaku anak pada fase berikutnya. Metode penelitian: Studi kasus kontrol dengan matching satu banding satu. Data dikumpulkan dengan kwesioner dan lembar CBCL (Child Behavior Checklist) dari orang tua murid di sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Gondokusuman. Dengan CBCL murid diklasifikasikan sebagai delinkuen dan atau aggresif children, dan tidak kedua-duanya. Sesudah didapatkan kasus mereka yang tergolong nakal (delinkuen dan atau aggresif), kelompok yang tidak nakal diambil secara random sebagai kontrol dengan matching pada gender, kelas dan sekolah yang sama. . Hasil studi awal: Validitas konstrak aitem-aitem berada antara 0,5649 - 0,8547, koefisien releabilitas perilaku agresif 0,8549 dan koefisien reabilitas pada perilaku delinkuen 0,6281 serta validitas konkuren 0,607. Didapatkan 23 kasus dan 23 kontrol, namun tidak menunjukkan hubungan antara lama menyusui dengan kenakalan anak. Tetapi kesimpulan tersebut belum bisa diterima karena ukuran sampel masih kurang (sampel minimal 168 untuk kasus dan 168 kontrol) Simpulan. Perlu studi lanjutan karena hasil studi awal validitas dan reliabilitas alat ukur cukup baik.

Objective. The aim of this study is to add knowledge on the breastfeeding benefits to the personal-social children development. Moreover, the specific objective is to detennine the effect of breastfeeding on reducing the risk of children disruptive behaviour. Background. It is believed that there was a correlation between the children disruptive behaviour and the nursing period. A great number of studies have shown the benefits of breastfeeding including in increasing the mother-children relationship and in reducing the mother over-protectived behaviour to their children. The fall of adequacy bonding forming had the important effect to the behaviour problem and the disruptive behaviour in the children following phase. Methods. This case-control study used a matching technique of control withdrawal based on one to one basis or individual matching. Data were collected from the questionnaire and CBCL form distributed in a state elementary schools at Kecamatan of Gondokusuman. According to CBCL form filled by the parents, the student was classified as a deliquent and or aggressive child, or neither of both. This result was confirmed by the CBCL form filled by the teacher. Those who were categorized deliquent and or aggressive then were matched with the control group based on gender, grade and school similarity basis. Results. The value of construct validity items were about 0,5649 - 0,8547, whereas of reliability coefficient of agressive behaviour was 0,8549, delinquency 0,6281, and concurrent validity 0,607. Of 23 cases and 23 control obtained in this study, no association between the duration of breastfeeding and the children disruptive behavior occurrence was found. However this result should be confirmed with a further study with regard the small of sample size found (i.e. sample size minimum is 168 both for case and control) Conclusion. It is still needed a further investigation comcerning the small of sample size obtained in this study.
