Analisis Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja Pada Pekerjaan Pembesian Box Culvert STA 11+931 Paket 1.1 Proyek Jalan Tol Solo-Yogyakarta-Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) Kulon Progo

Pembangunan Jalan Tol Solo-Yogyakarta-YIA Kulon Progo merupakan jalan tol dengan panjang 96.57 kilometer dengan pekerjaan tahap 1 akan dijadwalkan selesai seluruhnya pada bulan April 2023 dan pekerjaan struktur beton direncanakan selesai pada bulan Februari 2023. Namun untuk saat ini masih terdapat pekerjaan struktur beton yang harus dilakukan, termasuk pekerjaan box culvert. Hal ini menyebabkan kemungkinan keterlambatan proyek dari waktu yang dijadwalkan. Keterlambatan proyek dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai hal, salah satunya yaitu tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja pada pekerjaan pembesian box culvert, membandingkan durasi rencana dan durasi aktual proyek serta mengidentifikasi faktor yang paling berpengaruh pada tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja pada pekerjaan pembesian box culvert STA 11+931.

Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan metode work sampling dengan pendekatan productivity rating, yaitu metode dengan mengklasifikasikan jenis kegiatan pekerja dalam tiga hal, yaitu effective work (pekerjaan efektif), essential contributory work (pekerjaan kontribusi), dan not useful (pekerjaan tidak efektif) untuk mendapatkan nilai keefektifan tenaga kerja (Labour Utilization Rate). Kemudian dilakukan analisis kuesioner yang telah dibagikan kepada tenaga kerja menggunakan software SPSS untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja.

Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu diperoleh nilai produktivitas tenaga kerja (LUR) pada pekerjaan pembesian box culvert dengan rata-rata sebesar 70.29% yang berarti tergolong produktif dengan pekerja paling produktif yaitu Ruslan dengan nilai 74.14%. Pekerjaan pembesian ini berlangsung selama lima hari, dimana tidak sesuai dengan durasi yang sebelumnya telah direncanakan. Serta faktor yang paling berpengaruh (dominan) terhadap tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja yaitu faktor tingkat kesulitan pekerjaan bagian top sebesar 58.8%.

The construction of the Solo-YIA Kulon Progo Toll Road is a toll road with a length of 96.57 kilometers with phase 1 work scheduled for full completion in April 2023 and concrete structure work planned for completion in February 2023. However, for now there is still concrete structural work to be carried out, including box culvert work. This causes possible project delays from the scheduled time. Project delays can be caused by various things, one of which is the level of labor productivity. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of labor productivity in the box culvert on rebar installation, compare the planned duration and the actual duration of the project and identify the factors that most influence the level of labor productivity in the STA 11+931 box culvert on rebar installation.

In this study, the work sampling method was used with a productivity rating approach, namely a method by classifying the types of worker activities in three ways, namely effective work, essential contributory work, and not useful (ineffective work) to obtain a value of labor effectiveness (Labor Utilization Rate). Then an analysis of the questionnaires that were distributed to the workforce was carried out using SPSS software to identify the factors that most influence the productivity of the workforce.

The results of this study are that the value of labor productivity (LUR) is obtained for box culvert rebar installation with an average of 70.29%, which means it is classified as productive with the most productive worker, namely Ruslan with a value of 74.14%. This rebar installation lasted for five days, which was not in accordance with the duration previously planned. As well as the most influential (dominant) factor on the level of labor productivity, namely the level of difficulty of the top job of 58.8%.
