Problematika Moral Jaksa dalam Drama Korea Law School Ditinjau dari Prinsip Moral Dasar

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai problematika moral jaksa dalam drama korea Law School karya Seo In yang disutradarai oleh Kim Seok Yoon dan Christine Ko. Jaksa yang seharusnya bertugas untuk menegakkan hukum, justru melakukan penyelewengan terhadap hukum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui problematika moral jaksa dalam drama korea Law School dengan menggunakan prinsip moral dasar.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi pustaka dengan menggunakan model penelitian filosofis kualitatif di bidang filsafat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode hermeneutika filosofis. Peneliti akan menangkap makna esensial sesuai dengan konteksnya pada saat proses pengumpulan data. Penelitian ini disusun secara sistematis untuk mengkaji problematika moral jaksa dalam drama korea Law School sebagai objek material yang ditinjau dengan prinsip moral dasar sebagai objek formal.

Hasil yang dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, terdapat problematika moral yang muncul pada diri jaksa dalam drama korea Law School, melalui penyelewengan kasus hukum yang dilakukan oleh jaksa. Kedua, problematika moral jaksa dalam drama korea Law School dapat diantisipasi dengan memegang teguh prinsip moral dasar, yaitu prinsip sikap baik, prinsip keadilan, dan prinsip hormat terhadap diri sendiri. Prinsip moral dasar membentengi jaksa dari kejahatan melalui dirinya yang diperalat dan dimanfaatkan oleh orang lain.

This research discusses the moral problem of prosecutors in the korean drama Law School created by Seo In, directed by Kim Seok Yoon and Christine Ko. Prosecutors, who are supposed to uphold the law, instead engage in legal misconduct. This study aims to identify the moral problems of prosecutors depicted in the korean drama Law School by applying the basic principles of morality.

This research is a literature study using a qualitative philosophical research model in the field of philosophy. The research method used is the method of philosophical hermeneutics. Researchers will find the essential meaning according to the context during the data collection process. This research is structured systematically to examine the moral problems of prosecutors in the korean drama Law School as a material object that is reviewed through the basic principles of morality as a formal object.

The results achieved in this study are: First, there is a moral problem that arises within the prosecutors in the korean drama Law School through the engage in legal misconduct by the prosecutors. Second, the moral problems of prosecutors in the Korean drama Law School can be anticipated by upholding basic principles of morality, namely the principle of good attitudes, the principle of justice, and the principle of respect for oneself. Basic principles of morality protect prosecutors from crimes through which they are manipulated and exploited by others.
