Latar Belakang: Penerapan RME dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dengan meningkatkan aksesibilitas rekam medis pasien, efektivitas dan efisiensi kinerja, serta meningkatkan tata kelola dan administrasi. Sebelum implementasi rekam medis elektronik dilakukan, analisis kesiapan perlu dilakukan untuk mendukung keberhasilan dan meminimalisir hambatan saat penerapan RME.
Tujuan: Menganalisis kesiapan implementasi RME di RSUD Simpang Lima Gumul Kediri dalam hal Infrastruktur TI, Kebijakan, Sumber Daya Operasional dan Budaya Organisasi.
Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 79 responden yang diambil dengan teknik teknik probability sampling melalui metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu SEM-PLS dengan software analisis SmartPLS.
Hasil: Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat tiga faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan implementasi RME yaitu Infratruktur TI (t=2.517), Kebijakan (t=2.492) dan Budaya Organisasi (t=2.328). Sedangkan faktor yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan implementasi RME yaitu sumber daya operasional (t=0.878). Nilai R-squares sebesar 0.684 menjelaskan bahwa variabel independen memiliki pengaruh sebesar 68,4% terhadap variabel dependen.
Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini membuktikan tidak semua hipotesis yang diajukan terbukti secara empiris. Peningkatan terkait aspek sumber daya operasional menjadi hal yang perlu dipertimbangkan agar kesiapan implementasi rekam medis elektronik berjalan dengan baik.
Background: The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) can enhance the quality of healthcare services by improving the accessibility of patient records, the effectiveness and efficiency of performance, as well as enhancing governance and administration. Before the implementation of electronic medical records, readiness analysis needs to be conducted to support its success and minimize barriers during the EMR implementation.
Objective: Analyzing the readiness of EMR implementation at Simpang Lima Gumul Kediri Regional General Hospital in terms of IT Infrastructure, Policies, Operational Resources, and Organizational Culture.
Methods: This study used quantitative methods with a cross-sectional design. The sample in this study amounted to 79 respondents who were selected used probability sampling technique through purposive sampling. Data collection was done using a questionnaire. The data analysis used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis software, SmartPLS.
Results: The results of the analysis show that there are three factors that significantly influence the readiness of EMR implementation, namely IT Infrastructure (t=2.517), Policies (t=2.492), and Organizational Culture (t=2.328). On the other hand, Operational Resources did not have a significant influence on the readiness of EMR implementation (t=0.878). The R-squares value of 0.684 indicates that the independent variables have a 68.4% influence on the dependent variable.
Conclusion: This study proves that not all proposed hypotheses are empirically supported. Improvement in operational resources aspect needs to be considered to ensure a smooth implementation of electronic medical records.
