Analisis Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Penggunaan Sistem Pendaftaran Online Dengan Metode UTAUT di RSUD Nyi Ageng Serang

Latar Belakang: Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Online RSUD Nyi Ageng Serang (SIPNAS) merupakan sistem pendaftaran online yang diterapkan di RSUD Nyi Ageng Serang. Sejak mulai digunakan belum dilakukan analisis secara mendalam terkait penerimaan dan minat pengguna terhadap sistem pendaftaran online. Perlu dilakukan analisis pada SIPNAS guna mengetahui dan mengukur penerimaan dan minat pengguna terhadap pendaftaran online pasien rawat jalan. Analisis ini dilakukan menggunakan metode evaluasi sistem informasi yaitu Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology  (UTAUT) karena dapat menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan dan penggunaan terhadap teknologi informasi. Tujuan: Menganalisis penerapan pendaftaran online menggunakan metode Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) di RSUD Nyi Ageng Serang. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 93 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi dan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan metode SEM-PLS dengan software SmartPLS 4. Hasil: Variabel yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention adalah Performance Expectancy (t-statistic = 2,404), Effort Expectancy (t-statistic = 2,145), dan Social Influence (t-statistic = 2,002). Variabel yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Use Behavior adalah Facilitating Conditions (t-statistic = 2,267) dan Behavioral Intention (t-statistic = 7,086). Kesimpulan: Faktor yang mempengaruhi niat penggunaan SIPNAS adalah performance expectancy, effort expectancy dan social influence yang dirasakan oleh pengguna. Facilitating Conditions dan Behavioral Intention pengguna mempengaruhi perilaku penggunaan SIPNAS.

Background: The Online Registration Information System for Nyi Ageng Serang Hospital (SIPNAS) is an online registration system implemented at Nyi Ageng Serang Hospital. Since it has been used, no in-depth analysis has been conducted regarding user acceptance and interest in the online registration system. It is necessary to analyze SIPNAS to determine and measure user acceptance and interest in online registration of outpatients. This analysis is conducted using the information system evaluation method, namely the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) because it can explain the factors that influence individual acceptance and use of information technology. Objective: Analyzing the implementation of online registration using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) method at Nyi Ageng Serang Hospital. Methods: This study uses a type of quantitative research with a cross sectional research design. The sample in this study amounted to 93 respondents. Data collection techniques using observation techniques and questionnaires. Data analysis using the SEM-PLS method with SmartPLS 4 software. Results: Variables that have a positive and significant effect on Behavioral Intention are Performance Expectancy (t-statistic = 2.404), Effort Expectancy (t-statistic = 2.145), and Social Influence (t-statistic = 2.002). Variables that have a positive and significant effect on Use Behavior are Facilitating Conditions (t-statistic = 2.267) and Behavioral Intention (t-statistic = 7.086). Conclusion: Factors that influence the intention to use SIPNAS are performance expectancy, effort expectancy and social influence perceived by users. Facilitating Conditions and Behavioral Intention of users affect the behavior of using SIPNAS.
