ANALISIS EFISIENSI PELAYANAN RAWAT INAP BERDASARKAN GRAFIK BARBER JOHNSON TAHUN 2020-2022 DI RUMAH SAKIT PRATAMA

Latar belakang: Rumah sakit memerlukan alat untuk menilai pengelolaan rawat inap untuk mengukur tingkat efisiensi, salah satunya adalah Grafik Barber Johnson. Rumah Sakit Pratama baru berdiri pada tahun 2016 dan belum pernah dilakukan analisis menggunakan Grafik Barber Johnson.

Tujuan: Melakukan analisis efisiensi pengelolaan rawat inap berdasarkan Grafik Barber Johnson tahun 2020-2022 di Rumah Sakit Pratama Kota Yogyakarta

Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif

Hasil: Nilai BOR, LOS, TOI, BTO di semua bangsal rawat inap meliputi bangsal HCU, dewasa, anak, maternal, perinatal, serta covid belum ideal menurut barber johnson. Hasil analisis pada Grafik Barber Johnson menunjukkan bahwa semua bangsal dari tahun 2020-2022 belum efisien, hal tersebut disebabkan oleh empat indikator belum mencapai standar barber johnson.

Kesimpulan: Hasil analisis Grafik barber johnson menunjukkan bahwa belum efisien pada pelayanan rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Pratama. Perlu adanya evaluasi terhadap berbagai aspek pelayanan agar mutu pelayanan rumah sakit semakin meningkat

Background: Hospitals required an instrument as the assessment of the inpatient management to measure the level of its efficiency, one of them are Barber-Johnson Diagram. Pratama Hospital was established in 2016 and had never been analyzed by Barber-Johnson diagram since it was first built

Purpose: Conducting an analysis of the efficiency of inpatient management based on the Barber Johnson Chart for 2020-2022 at the Yogyakarta City Primary Hospital

Method: The research method used by researchers is a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach

Results: The value of BOR, LOS, TOI, and BTO in every inpatient ward, involving the HCU, adult, children, maternal, perinatal as well as the Covid-19 ward, had not ideally comply the standard of Barber-Johnson diagram. Results showed, in the Barber-Johnson Diagram, that every wards from 2020-2022 had not yet efficient. There were four indicators that failed to meet the standard based on Barber-Johnson Diagram.

Conclusion: According to the analysis of Barber-Johnson Diagram, result showed that the inpatient service in Pratama Hospital had not yet efficient. Therefore, several aspect required to be evaluated in order to increase the quality of its hospital service.
