Pengaruh Niat, Orientasi, dan Perilaku Berwirausaha terhadap Kinerja Kewirausahaan Petani Bawang Merah Semi Organik Kalurahan Selopamioro Kapanewon Imogiri Kabupaten Bantul

Kalurahan Selopamioro menjadi sentra pengembangan komoditas bawang merah semi organik di Kabupaten Bantul. Program pengembangan masih terkonsentrasi pada kompetensi teknis, padahal percepatan pembangunan pertanian melalui penguatan kewirausahaan pertanian meliputi ruang lingkup yang luas yaitu niat, orientasi, dan perilaku berwirausaha yang berimplikasi pada kinerja kewirausahaan pertanian. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Mengukur niat, orientasi, dan perilaku berwirausaha serta kinerja kewirausahaan; 2) Mengetahui pengaruh niat, orientasi, dan perilaku berwirausaha terhadap kinerja kewirausahaan; 3) Mengetahui pengaruh niat terhadap orientasi dan perilaku berwirausaha; 4) Mengetahui pengaruh orientasi terhadap perilaku berwirausaha; 5) Mengetahui pengaruh niat terhadap kinerja kewirausahaan dimediasi oleh orientasi dan perilaku berwirausaha; dan 6) Mengetahui pengaruh orientasi terhadap kinerja kewirausahaan dimediasi oleh perilaku berwirausaha. Pengukuran tingkat variabel menggunakan perhitungan persentase, sedangkan analisis pengaruh antar variabel menggunakan metode SEM-PLS dengan 116 petani bawang merah semi organik sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Tingkat niat dan perilaku berwirausaha sedang, adapun tingkat orientasi dan kinerja kewirausaan rendah; 2) Niat dan perilaku berwirausaha berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja kewirausahaan, sedangkan orientasi berwirausaha tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja kewirausahaan; 3) Niat berwirausaha berpengaruh positif terhadap orientasi berwirausaha dan tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku berwirausaha; 4) Orientasi berwirausaha tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku berwirausaha; 5) Orientasi berwirausaha memodifikasi pengaruh niat terhadap kinerja kewirausahaan, sedangkan perilaku berwirausaha tidak memodifikasi pengaruh niat terhadap kinerja kewirausahaan; dan 6) perilaku berwirausaha memodifikasi pengaruh orientasi terhadap kinerja kewirausahaan. Hasil penelitian dapat menjadi pertimbangan untuk menyempurnakan metode pengembangan kewirausahaan petani oleh pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Bantul dan berfokus pada aspek dengan tingkatan yang masih rendah.

Selopamioro Village is the center of semi-organic shallot development in Bantul Regency. The development program is still concentrated on technical competencies, although accelerating agricultural development through strengthening agricultural entrepreneurship covers a broad scope, namely entrepreneurial intentions, orientation and behavior which have implications for the agripreneurship performance. Based on these problems, the aims of this research are: 1) to measure entrepreneurial intention, orientation, behavior, and performance; 2) to determine the effect of entrepreneurial intention, orientation, and behavior on entrepreneurial performance; 3) to determine the effect of intention on entrepreneurial orientation and behavior; 4) to determine the effect of orientation on entrepreneurial behavior; 5) to determine the effect of entrepreneurial intention on performance mediated by entrepreneurial orientation and behavior; and 6) to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on performance mediated by entrepreneurial behavior. Variable level measurements used the percentage calculation, while the analysis of the influence between variables used the SEM-PLS method with 116 semi-organic shallot farmers as respondents. The results of the study showed that: 1) the level of entrepreneurial intention and behavior is moderate, while entrepreneurial orientation and performance is low; 2) entrepreneurial intentions and behavior have a positive effect on entrepreneurial performance, in contrast to entrepreneurial orientation; 3) Entrepreneurial intention has a positive effect on entrepreneurial orientation and does not have a positive effect on entrepreneurial behavior; 4) Entrepreneurial orientation does not have a positive effect on entrepreneurial behavior; 5) Entrepreneurial orientation modifies the effect of intention on entrepreneurial performance, in contrast to entrepreneurial behavior; and 6) entrepreneurial behavior modifies the effect of orientation on entrepreneurial performance. The results of this research can be used as a consideration for improving the method of developing farmer entrepreneurship by the local government of Bantul Regency and focusing on aspects with a low level.
