Penanaman Cemara Udang dalam upaya rehabilitasi lahan kritis kawasan pantai telah terbukti berhasil dengan baik. Kendala yang dihadapi selama ini adalah ketersediaan bibit yang masih sulit didapatkan. Selama ini usaha perbanyakan yang dilakukan adalal1 dengan cara generatif Kelemahan dari metode tersebut benih tidak selalu bisa didapat sepanjang tahun karena Cemara Udang belum tentu berbuah sepanjang tahun. Kelemahan ini ditutup dengan usaha perbanyakan secara vegetatif, antara lain dengan cangkok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh orde cabang dan media terhadap keberhasila.11 caugkok Cemara Udang se11a mempelajari pe1twnbuhan cangkok yang ditanam di lahan pantai berpasir. Parameter yang diamati adalah jumlah tunas akar, panjang akar cangkok, pertumbuhan tinggi dan diameter tanaman. Orde cabang tidak berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan cangkok sedangkan media berpengaruh nyata terhadap kcberhasilan cangkok Cemara Udang. Media terbaik adalah media campuran tanah

The planting of prawn fir-tree in effort of critical farm rehabilitation in the coastal area have proven succeed better. Constraint that faced during this time is the seed availability that still difficult to get. During this time, the effort to make new generation of prawn fir-tree is taking with generative method. The weakness of that method is to get the seed not always got during the year because the prawn fir-tree is not having fruit annually. This weakness covered by the effort to get the new generation of prawn fir-tree with vegetative method. for example is transplantation. The aim of this research is studies the influences of branch order and media to the prawn fir-tree transplantation efficacy, and studies the transplant growth that planted in the sandy coastal farming. The parameters that perceived are the amount of new root, long of root, high of growth, and diameter of crop. Branch order is not have an effect on the transplant efficacy while media have significant effect to the transplant prawn fir-tree efficacy. The best media is mixture of soil and cutting fiber of coconut husk. The result of vegetative method with transplantation that planted in sandy coastal farming have good efficacy with life gratuity 85, 18%.
