Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji pengaruh adaptasi terhadap keberlanjutan usaha kedai kopi di Kota Madiun pada masa pandemi Covid-19, mengkaji pengaruh inovasi terhadap keberlanjutan usaha kedai kopi di Kota Madiun pada masa pandemi Covid-19, mengkaji dimensi-dimensi yang memengaruhi keberlanjutan kedai kopi di kota Madiun pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode dasar yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif. Analisis ini dilakukan dengan memaparkan peristiwa yang terjadi, sehingga hasil penelitian ini belum tentu sama jika dilakukan pada waktu yang berbeda. Metode penelitian analisis deskriptif umumnya dilakukan dengan menggunakan data primer. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah: bahwa penelitian ini dapat membuktikan adanya pengaruh positif secvara langsung antara adaptasi terhadap keberlanjutan kedai kopi di Kota Madiun, adanya pengaruh positif secara langsung antara inovasi terhadap keberlanjutan kedai kopi di Kota Madiun, dan dimensi sosial merupakan dimensi yang memiliki pengaruh cukup baik terhadap keberlanjutan kedai kopi di Kota Madiun.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of adaptation on the sustainability of coffee shop business in Madiun City during the Covid-19 pandemic, reviewing the influence of innovation on the sustainability of coffee shop business in Madiun City during the Covid-19 pandemic, examines the dimensions that affect the sustainability of coffee shops in Madiun City during the Covid-19 pandemic. The basic method used in this study is the descriptive analysis method. This analysis is carried out by describing the events that occur, so the results of this study are not necessarily the same if carried out at different times. Descriptive analysis research methods are generally carried out using primary data. The conclusion of this study is: that this study can prove a direct positive influence between adaptation to the sustainability of coffee shops in Madiun City, There is a direct positive influence between innovation on the sustainability of coffee shops in Madiun City, and the social dimension is a dimension that has a fairly good influence on the sustainability of coffee shops in Madiun City.
