ANALISIS PEMILIHAN MODA TRANSPORTASI UMUM DI KAWASAN TRANSIT ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT (TOD) DUKUH ATAS DENGAN METODE MULTINOMIAL LOGIT REGRESSION

DKI Jakarta sebagai ibukota negara, pusat distrik bisnis, dan pusat pemerintahan, berperan sebagai kota inti di pusat kegiatan nasional di area megapolitan yang berfungsi untuk menghadirkan pelayanan terkait dengan kegiatan berskala internasional, nasional, maupun provinsi, hal ini berakibat pada banyaknya pergerakan berupa perjalanan (trip) yang terjadi di daerah ini dan tentu perlu diimbangi dengan sistem transportasi perkotaan yang baik sehingga dapat meminimalisir permasalahan transportasi, salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kualitas sistem transportasi perkotaan adalah dengan membangun area berorientasi transit atau yang biasa disebut sebagai Transit Oriented Development (TOD). Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Dukuh Atas merupakan area TOD dengan akses moda transportasi umum terbanyak yaitu dengan 5 moda transportasi yang terdiri dari KRL, MRT, Transjakarta, kereta api bandara dan transportasi online. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pemilihan moda transportasi publik yang terjadi di area Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Dukuh Atas serta melihat faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh dalam pemilihan moda.

Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berupa data pengguna moda transportasi publik di area TOD Dukuh Atas yang didapat dari pengisian kuesioner kepada 205 responden, metode preferensi yang digunakan adalah revealed preference untuk mengetahui preferensi masyarakat pengguna moda pada keadaan aktual saat ini, kemudian analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif serta uji statistik dengan metode multinomial logit regression.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 5 jenis moda transportasi publik yang tersedia di area TOD Dukuh Atas, Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) menjadi moda yang paling banyak dipilih untuk melakukan perjalanan dengan persentase sebesar 33,7?n waktu tempuh menjadi alasan pertimbangan utama, kemudian setelah dilakukan pengujian dengan multinomial logit regression terhadap karakteristik sosio ekonomi, karakteristik perjalanan, dan karakteristik sistem transportasi sebagai tiga kelompok utama faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan moda didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa tingkat pendidikan, jarak, biaya, dan waktu tempuh memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pemilihan moda transportasi publik di area TOD Dukuh Atas.

DKI Jakarta as the capital of the country, the center of the business district, and the center of government, acts as a core city in the center of national activities in the megapolitan area which functions to provide services related to international, national and provincial scale activities, this results in many movements in the form of trips that occur in this area and of course need to be balanced with a good urban transportation system so as to minimize transportation problems, one of the government's efforts in improving the quality of the urban transportation system is to build transit-oriented areas or commonly referred to as Transit Oriented Development (TOD). Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Dukuh Atas is a TOD area with access to the most public transportation modes, namely with 5 modes of transportation consisting of KRL, MRT, Transjakarta, airport trains and online transportation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the selection of public transportation modes that occur in the Dukuh Atas Transit Oriented Development (TOD) area and see what factors influence the selection of modes.

This study uses primary data in the form of data on users of public transportation modes in the Dukuh Atas TOD area obtained from filling out questionnaires to 205 respondents, the preference method used is revealed preference to determine the preferences of the community of mode users in the current actual situation, then data analysis using descriptive analysis methods and statistical tests with multinomial logit regression methods.

The results showed that of the 5 types of public transportation modes available in the Dukuh Atas TOD area, Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) is the most chosen mode to travel with a percentage of 33.7% and travel time is the main reason for consideration, then after testing with multinomial logit regression on socioeconomic characteristics, travel characteristics, and transportation system characteristics as the three main groups of factors that influence mode selection, it was concluded that the level of education, distance, cost, and travel time had a significant influence on the selection of public transportation modes in the Dukuh Atas TOD area.
