Perancangan Aplikasi Rekam Kesehatan Personal untuk Monitoring Orang yang Hidup dengan HIV/AIDS

Latar Belakang: Kasus infeksi HIV masih menjadi topik utama dalam upaya pengendalian dan pengobatan di dunia selain kasus Tuberculosis. Tingginya angka kasus HIV menyebabkan risiko kurangnya pemantauan pengobatan pasien HIV.  Dengan adanya rekam medis elektronik, memudahkan pemberi layanan untuk memonitoring kondisi kesehatan pasien. Berkembangnya teknologi digital saat ini, memungkinkan adanya aplikasi yang dapat terhubung dengan RME agar pasien dapat mengakses data pribadi untuk monitoring kesehatan secara mandiri dengan aplikasi berbasis mobile.

Tujuan: Merancang aplikasi rekam kesehatan personal untuk memonitoring kesehatan orang yang hidup dengan HIV/AIDS (ODHIV) berbasis mobile.

Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode perancangan User Centered Design yang berfokus pada pengguna. Penelitian ini dimulai pada bulan April hingga Juni di Dinas Kesehatan Bantul dan Pita Merah Jogja. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kegiatan studi literatur, observasi, dan wawancara.

Hasil: Perancangan ini menentukan tiga calon pengguna meliputi ODHIV, dokter, dan petugas pencatatan. Hasil dari analisis kebutuhan menghasilkan diagram use case, Unified Modelling Language (UML), dan desain basis data. Perancangan aplikasi rekam kesehatan personal menghasilkan aplikasi bernama MONTOV Application (Aplikasi Monitoring Kesehatan ODHIV). Hasil akhir evaluasi produk dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner SUS menyatakan bahwa Aplikasi MONTOV dapat diterima oleh pengguna (acceptable).

Kesimpulan:. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, rancangan MONTOV Application dapat diterima oleh pengguna dan implementasi untuk kedepannya dapat digunakan oleh pasien HIV, dokter, dan petugas pencatatan.

Background: Cases of HIV infection are still a major issue in the efforts to control and treat the disease worldwide, apart from cases of tuberculosis. The high number of HIV cases poses the risk of a lack of monitoring of the treatment of HIV patients. The existence of electronic medical records makes it easier for service providers to monitor patients' health. The current development of digital technology has made it possible to link applications to the EMR, allowing patients to access personal data for independent health monitoring using mobile-based applications.

Objective: Designing a mobile-based personal health record application for monitoring the health of people living with HIV/AIDS.

Methods: This study uses the user-centred design method, which puts the user at the centre. This research started from April to June in Bantul Health Office and Pita Merah Jogja. Data was collected through literature review, observation and interviews.

Results: This design identifies three potential users, including PLHIV, clinicians and recording staff. The results of the needs analysis produce a use case diagram, a Unified Modelling Language and a database design. The design of a personal health record application produces an application called the MONTOV application. The final results of the product evaluation using the System Usability Scale questionnaire method indicate that the application is acceptable to the users.

Conclusion: Based on the research results, the design of the MONTOV application can be accepted by users and future implementation can be used by HIV patients, doctors and recording staff.
