Analisis Kinerja Pelayanan Fasilitas Integrasi Antar Moda Light Rail Transit (LRT), Bus Rapid Transit (BRT), dan Feeder Musi Emas (Studi Kasus: Kawasan Stasiun LRT Asrama Haji dan Bumi Sriwijaya di Kota Palembang)

Intermodal Integration Service System LRT South Sumatra and Road-based advanced transport such as BRT Palembang and Angkot feeder Musi Emas in the area of the station dormitory Hajj and Earth Sriwijaya still have shortcomings. Passengers still find it difficult to switch modes easily, safely, and quickly, do not have one integrated payment access, and it is difficult to get schedule information. This study was conducted to observe the condition of physical facilities, at the station dormitory Hajj and Bumi Sriwijaya and examine the regulations in meeting the standards of pedestrian physical facilities are ideally then compared with the perception of passenger users of the three types of modes and equipped with interviews from agencies involved as regulators and operators.
This research was conducted by collecting field observation data, distributing survey questionnaires to passengers, and direct interviews with relevant agencies. The method of analysis used in this study is the analysis of the results of observation, crosstabulation, importance performance analysis, and interviews with sources who support the findings of the study.
The analysis results indicate that there are three prioritized service provision needs that should be improved. First, the provision of adequate and disability-friendly sidewalk facilities. Second, the provision of crossing facilities. Third, the access to and from the interchange nodes free from traffic conflicts. The recommended solutions include the construction of sidewalks connected to the nodal points, raised higher than the road surface, installing guiding block, stand bollard, and ramps at each end of the sidewalks. Additionally, the construction of a pedestrian overpass (JPO) at the Asrama Haji Station and a pelican cross at the Bumi Sriwijaya Station, as well as the organization of the transit area to prevent vehicle parking and waiting at the entrance and exit of the interchange, are suggested.
