VALUASI EKONOMI PANTAI TANJUNG BIRA DI KABUPATEN BULUKUMBA TAHUN 2023

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi nilai ekonomi objek wisata Pantai Tanjung Bira menggunakan travel cost method (TCM) dan pendekatan pendapatan dengan metode discounted cash flows untuk tujuan optimalisasi aset. Tujuan diketahuinya nilai ekonomi objek wisata Pantai Tanjung Bira ialah bagi pihak pengelola dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk menentukan kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan optimalisasi pengelolaan objek wisata, agar dapat menjadi sumber penerimaan daerah guna meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai ekonomi berdasarkan TCM adalah sebesar Rp530.001.105.000,00 dan berdasarkan pendekatan pendapatan dengan metode DCF adalah sebesar Rp525.613.922.000,00.

The purpose of this study was to estimate the economic value of Tanjung Bira Beach by using the Travel Cost Method (TCM) and income approach with the discounted cash flows method for the purpose of optimizing the assets. The purpose of knowing the economic value of the Tanjung Bira Beach tourist attraction is for the manager it can be used as material for consideration in determining policies related to optimizing the management of tourist objects, so that they can become a source of regional revenue to increase Regional Original Income (PAD). The results of the economic value based on TCM is IDR530,001,105,000.00 and the economic value on the income approach using the DCF method is IDR525,613,922,000.00.
