The Ekki Tower is one of Podomoro Golf View Cimanggis, Bogor, West Java apartments. The Ekki Tower area is situated along the Cikeas River, thus requiring reinforcement and protection measures to ensure the stability of the slope of the Ekki Tower. The effort taken for slope reinforcement at the Ekki Tower involves using the Gabion and Geoframe systems. The slope reinforcement using the Gabion and Geoframe systems offers advantages in terms of installation methods and relatively faster implementation time. Additionally, this reinforcement system utilizes the Road Right of Way, making the most of the available limited space. The Geoframe system employs geogrid, non-woven geotextile, and wire mesh as the facing components.
The planning of slope reinforcement using the gabion and geoframe systems is conducted in several stages. The existing slope conditions at Ekki Tower at Station 0+787.5, Station 0+955, and Station 1+000 have safety factor values of 1.196, 1.112, and 1.252, respectively. The use of geogrid for embankment reinforcement involves an analysis of external and internal stability control. The control of external and internal stability in the geogrid planning utilized meets the requirements of SNI 8460:2017. The geogrid employed for slope reinforcement at Ekki Tower utilizes a tensile strength of 40 kN/m.
The Safety Factor values resulting from the slope analysis after slope reinforcement using the gabion and geoframe systems on the slope have met the requirements of SNI 8460:2017. The Safety Factor values of the slopes at Station 0+787.5, Station 0+955, and Station 1+000 under static conditions are 1.797, 1.548, and 1.985, respectively, and under dynamic conditions are 1.327, 1.106, and 1.198.
