PERAN KEPUASAN BERHENTI BEKERJA (MASA PENSIUN) TERHADAP KECENDERUNGAN DEPRESI PADA INDIVIDU YANG MEMASUKI MASA PENSIUN: ANALISIS DATA SURVEI NASIONAL IFLS-5

Penelitian ini membahas terkait kepuasan berhenti bekerja (pensiun) dan kecenderungan depresi pada individu yang memasuki masa pensiun. Peneliti mengambil partisipan individu yang memasuki masa pension berusia 58-94 dengan jenis kelamin perempuan (n=5400) dan laki-laki (n=520). Penelitian menggunakan data sekunder dari Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS-5) yang merupakan survei nasional. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan berhenti bekerja (pensiun) berperan negatif terhadap kecenderungan depresi pada individu yang memasuki masa pensiun (R2=0,012, F=12,44, p<0>

This study discusses the satisfaction of leaving work (retirement) and the tendency to depression in individuals who are entering retirement age. The researcher took individual participants who were entering retirement aged 58-94 with female (n=5400) and male (n=520) gender. This research uses secondary data from the Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS-5), which is a national survey. This research method uses quantitative methods with simple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the satisfaction of leaving work (retirement) reduces the tendency to depression in individuals who are entering retirement (R2=0.012, F=12.44, p<0.01)
