ANALISIS TINGKAT KEUNTUNGAN USAHATANI POLA HUTAN RAKYAT DI KABUPATEN BOYOLALI (Studi Kasus di Desa Glonggong, Kecamatan Nogosari)

Usahatani pola hutan rakyat di Kabupaten Boyolali diduga mampu memberikan keuntungan finansial bagi petani. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat keuntungan finansial usahatani dengan menggunakan parameter sebagai berikut: Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), dan Annual Equivalent Value (AEV). Sampel diambil dengan metode stratified sampling, dibuat 4 strata dengan jumlah responden 30 petani. Pembagian strata lahan tersebut, yaitu: a) Strata I dengan luas lahan :S 0, l ha, b) Strata II dengan luas lahan 0, 11-0,2 ha, c) Strata Ill dengan luas lahan 0,21-0,3 ha, dan d) Strata IV dengan luas lahan 2: 0,3 1 ha. Hasil penelitian ini diuraikan sebagai berikut: a) Strata I (nilai NPV: (-) Rp 111.193.296,86,ha/40th, BCR: 0,82, IRR: 1,96%/th dan AEV: (-) Rp 8.868.184,21/ha/th), b) Strata II (nilai NPV: (-) Rp 51.946.571,20/ha/40th, BCR: 0,91, IRR: 4,09%/th dan AEV: (-) Rp 4.142.981,42/ha/th), c) Strata Ill (nilai NPV: Rp I0.902.735,69/ha/40th, BCR: 1,02, IRR: 9,00%/th dan AEV: Rp 869.544,04/ha/th), d) Strata IV (nilai NPV: Rp 24.195.880,68/ha/40th, BCR: 1,07, IRR: 13,96%/th dan AEV: Rp 1.929.734,37/ha/th). Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hutan rakyat yang memberikan keuntungan secara finansial bagi petani di Desa Glonggong adalah hutan rakyat dengan luas 2: 0,21 ha.

The farm management of private forest pattern in Boyolali regency is expected to be able to provide farmers with financial benefit. The objective of the study is to investigate the financial benefit rate of the farm management using the following parameters: Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Annual Equivalent Value (AEV). The sample is drawn using stratified sampling method in 4 strata with 30 farmer respondents. The divisions of the land strata are: a) Stratum I with the land width of :S 0, 1 ha, b) Stratum II with the land width of 0, I 1-0,2 ha, c) Stratum JII with the land width of 0,21-0,3 ha, and d) Stratum IV with the land width of 2'.: 0,31 ha. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the private forest that provide the farmers in Glonggong village with the financial benefit is the one of::: 0,21 ha of width.
