Cakupan Vaksinasi Covid-19 dan Kejadian Ikutan Pasca Imunisasi (KIPI) Bagi Civitas Akademika di Gadjah Mada Medical Center Tahun 2021

Background: The government is making various efforts to tackle the transmission of Covid-19 by accelerating the administration of vaccines to the public. Covid-19 vaccination in Indonesia has started since the beginning of 2021. Officers have faced various obstacles in carrying out vaccinations. Many people refuse to be vaccinated for various reasons. Gadjah Mada Medical Center (GMC), is one of the places where vaccinations are held for both the UGM academic community and the general public. Based on the results of the preliminary study it is known that the vaccination range has not yet reached the target.
Research Purpose: Knowing the Covid-19 vaccination coverage and post-immunization adverse events for the academic community at Gadjah Mada Medical Center in 2021.
Research Methods: This study uses an analytic descriptive design. The populations of this study were all visitors who received vaccinations at the Gadjah Mada Medical Center Yogyakarta from January to December 2021 which were recorded in the medical record book. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The type of data used is secondary data with data collection using the documentation method with the help of the master table. Data analysis using descriptive analysis analysis.
Result: Coverage of the achievement of Covid-19 dose 1 vaccination for the academic community at Gadjah Mada Medical Center in 2021 was the highest in August reaching 44.13% and the lowest was in May of 0.03%. The highest dose 2 of Covid-19 vaccination coverage was in October, reaching 6.14% and the lowest coverage were in August, which was 0.14%. The description of post-immunization adverse events at Gadjah Mada Medical Center in 2021 cannot be known because GMC did not record and post-immunization adverse events during the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination.
Conclusion: The highest dose 1 Covid-19 vaccination coverage was achieved in June. The highest dose 2 of Covid-19 vaccination coverage was in November. The description of AEFI at Gadjah Mada Medical Center in 2021 cannot be known because GMC has not kept records.
