STUDI HUBUNGAN ANTARA TINGKAT KENYAMANAN FISIK DENGAN KONDISI VEGETASI PENYUSUN RUANG TERBUKA HIJAU KABUPATEN TULUNGAGUNG

Perkembangan pembangunan kondisi dan situasi perkotaan saat ini cenderung ke arah fisik-ekonomis. Kondisi perkotaan yang semakin berkembang saat ini, kebutuhan akan rasa aman dan nyaman pun mengalami peningkatan. Hutan kota dalam kawasan perkantoran sangat penting keberadaannya dalam menciptakan suasana aman dan nyaman dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Penelitian dilakukan di beberapa kawasan kantor pemerintahan di Kabupaten Tulungagung dengan tingkat kerapatan yang berbeda. Data yang diambil terdiri dari data kondisi vegetasi, suhu dan kelembaban udara. Pengambilan data suhu dan kelembaban udara dilakukan dengan metode grid dengan jarak antar titik sejauh 10m. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis varian 2 faktor untuk mengetahui ada dan tidaknya perbedaan yang nyata pada perlakuan lokasi yaitu kerapatan tinggi, sedang dan rendah serta perlakuan waktu yaitu jam 06.00 – 07.00, 12.00 – 13.00, 17.00 – 18.00. Analisis statistik dengan menggunakan ANOVA dilakukan dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% dengan tingkat signifikansi (?) sebesar 5% Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi vegetasi Kantor Dinas Perindustrian, mempunyai 6 jenis pohon, dengan kerapatan pohon sebesar 124,6/ha, persentase penutupan tajuk sebesar 32,55%. Kantor Dinas pendidikan mempunyai jenis 3 pohon, dengan kerapatan pohonnya sebesar 66,1/ha , penutupan tajuk sebesar 3,3 %. Sedangkan Kantor Pelayanan Pajak mempunyai 1 jenis pohon dengan kerapatan pohon sebesar 38/ha, dan persentase penutupan tajuk sebesar 5,5 %. Nilai penghitungan THI (Temperature Humanity Indeks) menunjukkan bahwa ketiga lokasi merupakan kawasan yang kurang nyaman. Nilai Tingkat Kenyamanan menunjukkan bahwa ketiganya memiliki nilai yang melebihi kisaran nilai kenyamanan (61 - 71). Nilai THI terendah terdapat di lokasi Dinas Perindustrian pada pagi hari adalah sebesar 75,88. Nilai THI tertinggi terdapat pada lokasi kantor Pelayanan Pajak pada siang hari dengan nilai sebesar 85,46.

A trend in the development of urban condition and situation is at present in a physical economical direction. Given the current urban condition and situation, the need for safety and comfort relatively increases. The existence of urban forest in areas with a wide range of offices is very important in making the public space safe and comfort and increasing work productivity. The study is conducted in several areas with a wide range of governmental offices in Tulungagung Regency with the different levels of density. Data taken in the study consist of those concerning the condition of vegetation, temperature, and air moisture. The data collection concerning the temperature and air moisture is conducted by using a grid method with distances among points is 10m. The data analysis is conducted by using the 2 factors variance analysis to find out whether or not there are real differences at the treatment of locations in high, moderate and low densities as well as the treatment of time, i.e. at 06.00-07.00, 12.00-13.00, and 17.00-18.00. Statistical analysis of analisys of variance (ANOVA) is conducted with the 95% Confident Interval and the significance level of 5%. Result of the study indicates that the condition of vegetations is as follows: 1) The Office of the Industry Department has six kinds of tree, the tree density level of 124.6/ha, the percentage of crown coverage of 32.55%; 2) The Office of Education Department has three kinds of tree, the tree density level of 66.1/ha, the percentage of crown coverage of 3.3%; 3) The Office of Tax Service Department has one kind of tree, the tree density level of 38/ha, and the percentage of crown coverage of 5.5%. The calculation value of Temperature Humanity Index (THI) shows that the three locations are the uncomfortable areas. The value of comfort level shows that the three locations have scores passing over the range of average comfort level (61-71). The value of THI is in fact lowest in the Office of Industry Department, especially at morning, i.e. 75.88. The value of HTI is highest in the Office of Tax Service Department at daylight, i.e. 85.46.
