ANALISIS EFISIENSI PENGGUNAAN FAKTOR PRODUKSI PADA INDUSTRI GONDORUKEM DAN TERPENTIN (Studi Kasus di PGT Cimanggu, KPH Banyumas Barat, Unit I Jawa Tengah)

Pabrik Gondorukem dan Terpentin Cimanggu di wilayah KPH Banyumas Barat merupakan salah satu industri pengolahan getah pinus yang dimiliki Perum Perhutani. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktorfaktor produksi yang mempengaruhi produksi gondorukem dan terpentin. Metoda yang digunakan untuk menguji tingkat efisiensi penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi tersebut adalah model Cobb-Douglas. Hasil analisis diperoleh informasi sebagai berikut : 1) Estimasi fungsi produksi : Y = 0,184501541 0 018 2 1 082 1 . . X X 2) Koefisien determinasi (R 2 ) : 99,6% 3) Industri saat ini berada pada kondisi Increasing Return to Scale. Dari hasil analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk mencapai tingkat efisiensi ekonomi, bahan baku yang saat ini digunakan harus ditambah sebesar 6.461,5 kg/ bulan dan modal kerja saat ini harus dikurangi sebesar Rp 52.054.971,00/ bulan.

Cimanggu resin and turpentine factory, which is located within KPH West Banyumas and operated by Perum Perhutani, is specialized in processing pine tree gum. This research aims at revealing the inputs that contribute to resin and turpentin production. The research employs Cobb-Douglas model to test the efficiency of inputs usage. Results of the analysis show that : 1) Estimated production function : Y = 0,184501541 0 018 2 1 082 1 . . X X 2) Determination Coefficient (R 2 ) : 99,6% 3) The industry is in Increasing Return to Scale state. The result of analysis indicate that to achieve economic efficiency, there is a need to add 6.461,5 kilograms of raw materials per month to the current usage and to reduce Rp 52.054.971,00/ month to the current working capital.
