Peran Sektor Pertanian terhadap Perekonomian Kabupaten Wonosobo

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tren PDRB dan kontribusi sektor dan subsektor pertanian di Kabupaten Wonosobo sebelum dan pada saat pandemi Covid-19, mengetahui pergeseran struktur ekonomi sektor dan subsektor pertanian di Kabupaten Wonosobo sebelum dan pada saat pandemi Covid-19, dan mengidentifikasi subsektor pertanian dan komoditas hortikultura unggulan di Kabupaten Wonosobo sebelum dan pada saat pandemi Covid-19. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode tren linear dan kuadratik, uji t berpasangan, analisis Shift Share, serta Static Symmetric Location Quotient (SSLQ) dan Dynamic Symmetric Location Quotient (DSLQ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tren PDRB sektor dan subsektor pertanian Kabupaten Wonosobo cenderung meningkat, sedangkan tren kontribusinya cenderung menurun sebelum dan pada saat pandemi Covid-19. Hal ini disebabkan karena peranan sektor pertanian yang semakin menurun karena pertumbuhan di sektor non pertanian yang relatif lebih cepat dari pertumbuhan sektor pertanian. Terjadi pergeseran struktur ekonomi sektor dan subsektor pertanian yang positif terhadap PDRB Kabupaten Wonosobo sebelum maupun pada saat pandemi Covid-19 dengan subsektor hortikultura yang paling menonjol peranannya dalam PDRB sektor pertanian Kabupaten Wonosobo sebelum dan pada saat pandemi Covid-19. Sektor pertanian Kabupaten Wonosobo merupakan sektor unggulan sebelum dan pada saat pandemi Covid-19. Komoditas hortikultura bawang daun, buncis, kacang merah, kubis, labu siam, manggis, dan salak merupakan komoditas hortikultura unggulan Kabupaten Wonosobo sebelum dan pada saat pandemi Covid-19.

This study aims to determine the trend of GRDP and the contribution of agricultural sectors and subsectors in Wonosobo Regency before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, to determine the shift in the economic structure of agricultural sectors and subsectors in Wonosobo Regency before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, and to identify agricultural subsectors and leading horticultural commodities in Wonosobo Regency before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The analysis was conducted using linear and quadratic trend methods, paired t-test, Shift Share analysis, and Static Symmetric Location Quotient (SSLQ) and Dynamic Symmetric Location Quotient (DSLQ). The results showed that the trend of the GRDP of the agricultural sector and subsector of Wonosobo Regency tended to increase, while the trend of its contribution tended to decrease before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. This is due to the declining role of the agricultural sector because growth in the non-agricultural sector is relatively faster than the growth of the agricultural sector. There was a positive shift in the economic structure of the agricultural sector and subsectors of the GDRP of Wonosobo Regency before and during the Covid-19 pandemic with the horticulture subsector having the most prominent role in the GDRP of the agricultural sector of Wonosobo Regency before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The agricultural sector of Wonosobo Regency is a leading sector before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The horticultural commodities of leeks, beans, red beans, cabbage, chayote, mangosteen, and salak are the leading horticultural commodities of Wonosobo Regency before and during the Covid-19 pandemic.
