Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta Middle School has a major problem regarding piping installation in the form of pipe leaks in old buildings. This was reinforced by the results of the analysis that leaks occurred in the dirty water installation system and also several damaged building components. SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta has difficulty dealing with this problem because it does not have archival documents for the piping installation system. The school also has plans to relocate the bathrooms to the old building.
Piping installation planning will refer to SNI 8153 of 2015 concerning Plumbing Systems in Buildings by determining pipe dimensions using the Plumbing Equipment Load Unit (UBAP) method. The method used in calculating the estimated budget plan is the Unit Price Analysis method.
Building users of the Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta Middle School is 836 with a clean water requirement of 41.8 meters cubic/day. From the calculation results, the Ground Water Tank capacity is 50.16 meters cubic/day, the Roof Tank capacity is 5,878.13 liters, and the pump hydraulic power is 215 watts and 983 watts. From the planning results, the dimensions of clean water pipes are 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch, 1 inch and 1 1/4, used dirty water pipes are 2 inches and 2 1/2, and solid dirty water pipes are 4 inches. The planned bathroom has a size of 1,25 x 1,6 meters and 1,35 x 1,75 meters. The total estimated budget plan for the implementation of the installation of clean water and dirty water pipes and bathrooms is Rp. 251.184.861,36.
