Respons Pertumbuhan dan Kandungan Vitamin C Sawi Hijau (Brassica juncea (L.) Czern.) terhadap Pemberian Kombinasi Larutan Hara dan Eco Enzyme pada Sistem Hidroponik

Sawi hijau (Brassica juncea L.) merupakan salah satu komoditas bernilai ekonomi tinggi dengan permintaan tahunan yang terus mengalami peningkatan. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya upaya mandiri dari masyarakat melalui budidaya sayuran. Teknik hidroponik merupakan teknik budidaya yang dapat dilakukan pada lahan yang sempit, tetapi membutuhkan biaya larutan nutrisi yang mahal. Selain itu, penumpukan limbah organik juga mengalami peningkatan. Eco enzyme merupakan salah satu alternatif yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian kombinasi larutan hara AB Mix dan eco enzyme terhadap pertumbuhan, kadar klorofil, dan kandungan vitamin C sawi hijau (Brassica juncea L.) pada sistem hidroponik. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 2 faktor perlakuan dan 3 ulangan, meliputi faktor pemberian AB Mix, yaitu A1 (dosis penuh AB Mix) dan A3/4 (3/4 dosis AB Mix), serta faktor pemberian eco enzyme¸ yaitu E0 (tanpa eco enzyme), E1 (eco enzyme 1 ml/L air), E2 (eco enzyme 2 ml/L air), dan E3 (eco enzyme 3 ml/L air). Parameter yang diukur yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, berat segar akar dan tajuk, berat kering akar dan tajuk, luas daun, kadar klorofil, dan kandungan vitamin C. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis variansi (ANOVA) dan pengujian lanjut DMRT dengan ? = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi perlakuan 3/4 dosis AB Mix dan eco enzyme 2 ml/L air (A3/4E2) memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap berat segar dan berat kering akar, tetapi kombinasi perlakuan AB Mix dan eco enzyme tidak berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, berat segar dan berat kering tajuk, kadar klorofil, dan kandungan vitamin C sawi hijau (Brassica juncea L.).
Green mustard (Brassica juncea L.) is one of the commodities with high economic value with an annual demand that continues to increase. Therefore, there is a need for independent efforts from the community through vegetable cultivation. The hydroponic technique is a cultivation technique that can be carried out on narrow land, but requires expensive nutrient solutions. In addition, the accumulation of organic waste has also increased. Eco enzyme is an alternative that can overcome these problems. This study aims to determine the effect of giving a combination of AB Mix nutrient solution and eco enzyme on growth, chlorophyll content, and vitamin C content of green mustard (Brassica juncea L.) in hydroponic systems. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 2 treatment factors and 3 replications, including AB Mix administration factors, namely A1 (full dose AB Mix) and A3/4 (3/4 AB Mix doses), as well as eco enzyme administration factor¸ namely E0 (without eco enzyme), E1 (1 ml/L water eco enzyme), E2 (2 ml/L water eco enzyme), and E3 (3 ml/L water eco enzyme). Parameters measured were plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight of roots and shoots, dry weight of roots and shoots, leaf area, chlorophyll content, and vitamin C content. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and DMRT follow-up testing with ? = 0, 05. The results showed that the combination of 3/4 doses of AB Mix and 2 ml/L water eco enzyme (A3/4E2) had a significant effect on fresh weight and dry weight of roots, but the combination of AB Mix and eco enzyme had no effect on plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, shoot fresh and dry weight, chlorophyll content, and vitamin C content of green mustard (Brassica juncea L.).
