HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEYAKINAN EVIDENCE-BASED PRACTICE DENGAN IMPLEMENTASI EVIDENCE-BASED PRACTICE DALAM PRAKTIK MENGAJAR PADA DOSEN PENDIDIKAN TINGGI KEPERAWATAN DI YOGYAKARTA

Latar Belakang: Perawat sebagai output dari pendidikan tinggi keperawatan masih kurang dalam upaya pengimplementasian EBP-nya. Perlu untuk melihat keyakinan EBP dan implementasi EBP dosen sendiri sebagai pengajar calon perawat di pendidikan tinggi keperawatan tersebut. 

Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan antara keyakinan EBP dengan implementasi EBP dalam praktik mengajar pada dosen pendidikan tinggi keperawatan di Yogyakarta 
Metode: Penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional yang menggunakan instrumen Evidence-based practice belief scale for educators (EBPB-E) dan Evidence-based practice implementation scale for educators (EBPI-E).  Sampel dari 5 perguruan tinggi keperawatan di Yogyakarta diambil dengan teknik convenience sampling pada bulan Mei-Juni 2023 secara daring. Uji Pearson digunakan dalam menganalisis korelasi antar variabel. 
Hasil: Sebanyak 53 responden memiliki rata-rata skor total keyakinan EBP 90,47 (8,34) dan implementasi EBP 33,02 (16,78). Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara keyakinan EBP dan implementasi EBP (r=0,286, p=0,038). 
Kesimpulan: Semakin tinggi keyakinan EBP dosen pendidikan tinggi keperawatan, semakin tinggi pula implementasi EBP dalam praktik mengajarnya. 

Background: Nurses as output from nursing education are still lacking in efforts to implement their EBP. It is necessary to look at EBP's beliefs and the implementation of EBP by the lecturers themselves as teachers of prospective nurses in nursing education. 
Objective: To determine the relationship between EBP beliefs and EBP implementation in teaching practice among nursing lecturers in Yogyakarta.  
Method: Analytic observational research with a cross-sectional design. Evidence-based practice belief scale for educators (EBPB-E) and Evidence-based practice implementation scale for educators (EBPI-E) instruments were used.  Samples from 5 nursing universities in Yogyakarta were taken using convenience sampling techniques in May-June 2023 online. Pearson's test was used in analyzing the correlation between variables.  
Result: A total of 53 respondents had a mean total score of EBP beliefs of 90.47 (8.34) and EBP implementation of 33.02 (16.78). There was a significant relationship between EBP beliefs and EBP implementation (r=0.286, p=0.038).  
Conclusion: The higher the EBP belief of nursing lecturers, the higher the EBP implementation in their teaching practice.
