ARS - SEK: Prototyping Website untuk Penggunaan Arsip Kearsitekturan di Solo Technopark

Proyek ini bertujuan menganalisis masalah pengelolaan arsip kearsitekturan di Solo Technopark dan menciptakan prototype "ARS-SEK" sebagai intrumen penggunaan. Hal ini didasarkan oleh kurangnya efektivitas temu kembali arsip kearsitekturan akibat penyimpanan dan penataan yang tidak terorganisir. "ARS-SEK" merupakan panduan untuk implementasi sistem penggunaan arsip kearsitekturan yang sebenarnya. 

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan tiga metode pengumpulan data: wawancara, observasi, dan studi literatur. Wawancara dilakukan dengan narasumber primer secara langsung, observasi dilakukan saat peneliti terlibat dalam kegiatan pengarsipan, dan studi literatur melibatkan sumber seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku, situs web profesional, dan publikasi pemerintah. 

Hasil penelitian ini mengidentifikasi masalah umum dalam pengelolaan arsip, terutama pada penggunaan arsip kearsitekturan pada tahap dinamis aktif. Identifikasi masalah didasarkan pada kepatuhan terhadap empat pilar pengelolaan arsip dinamis. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, peneliti merancang dan mengembangkan prototype website bernama "ARS-SEK" sebagai solusi inovatif. "ARS-SEK" telah disesuaikan dengan empat pilar pengelolaan arsip dinamis aktif dan kebutuhan Solo Technopark.

This project aims to analyze the issues related to architectural records management in Solo Technopark and develop a prototype called "ARS-SEK" as a tool for archive utilization. This is motivated by the lack of effectiveness in retrieving architectural records due to disorganized storage and arrangement. "ARS-SEK" serves as a guide for the actual implementation of architectural archive utilization systems.

The research employs a qualitative descriptive method with three data collection techniques: interviews, observations, and literature study. Interviews are conducted directly with primary sources, observations are made while the researcher is involved in archiving activities, and the literature study involves sources such as scientific journals, books, professional websites, and government publications.

The results of this research identify common problems in archive management, particularly during the utilization of architectural records. The identification of these issues is based on compliance with the four pillars of records management. Based on these problems, the researcher designs and develops the prototype website called "ARS-SEK" as an innovative solution. "ARS-SEK" has been tailored to align with the four pillars of records management and the specific needs of Solo Technopark.
