PENGARUH KEMUDAHAN, KEPERCAYAAN DAN KETERSEDIAAN TERHADAP MINAT PENGGUNAAN QRIS SEBAGAI SISTEM PEMBAYARAN ELEKTRONIK PADA KONSUMEN DI JAYAPURA

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kemudahan, kepercayaan penggunaan, ketersediann terhadap minat penggunaan QRIS pada konsumen di Jayapura. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berasal dari masyarakat Jayapura yang belum menggunakan QRIS sampel berjumlah 100 orang dengan harapan bisa mewakili dalam penelitian saat ini. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan Analisa regresi berganda dengan pengelolaan data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hasil uji t dari variabel kemudahan diperoleh t hitung sebesar 3.517 > t tabel 1.98298, dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,000. Dimana hasil analisis dengan sig sebesar 0,000 < 0> t tabel 1.98298, dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,000. Dimana hasil analisis dengan sig sebesar 0,000 < 0> Hasil dari uji t variabel risiko diperoleh t hitung sebesar 2.337 > t table 1,98298, dengan sig sebesar 0,021. Dimana hasil sig 0,021 > 0,05, maka H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima. Yang artinya variabel ketersediaan berpengaruh positif minat penggunaan QRIS di Jayapura. 

 

The purpose of this study is to determine whether ease of use, trust, and availability influence the intention to use QRIS among consumers in Jayapura. The population of this study consists of Jayapura residents who have not yet used QRIS, with a sample size of 100 people in the hope of representing the current study. The research method used is quantitative with multiple regression analysis and data management using SPSS. The results of the study show that the t-test result for the ease of use variable is 3.517 > t table 1.98298, with a significance value of 0.000. The analysis result with a significance value of 0.000 < 0> t table 1.98298, with a significance value of 0.000. The analysis result with a significance value of 0.000 < 0> t table 1.98298, with a significance value of 0.021. Since the significance value of 0.021 > 0.05, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that the availability variable has a positive influence on the intention to use QRIS in Jayapura.
