Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU), Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK), Dana Bagi Hasil (DBH), dan Dana Keistimewaan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) pada kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta tahun 2010-2022. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan regresi data panel melalui pendekatan Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia. Dana Keistimewaan melalui variabel dummy berpengaruh negatif terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM). Sedangkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) dan Dana Bagi Hasil (DBH) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM). Namun secara simultan variabel PAD, DAU, DAK, DBH, dan Dana Keistimewaan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap IPM sebesar 32,74% sedangkan 67,26?pat dijelaskan oleh faktor lain diluar variabel independen dalam penelitian ini.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Local Own-Source Revenue, General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund, Revenue Sharing Fund, and Previlege Fund on the Human Development Index in regencies/cities in the Special Region of Yogyakarta from 2010-2022. The analysis technique in this study uses quantitative methods with panel data regression through the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) approach. The results of this study show that the General Allocation Fund has a significant effect on the Human Development Index. The Specialty Fund through a dummy variable has a negative effect on the Human Development Index. Meanwhile, Local Own-Source Revenue, Special Allocation Fund and Revenue Sharing Fund have no significant effect on the Human Development Index. However, the variables Local Own-Source Revenue, General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund, Revenue Sharing Fund, and Specialty Fund simultaneously affect HDI by 32.74% while 67.26?n be explained by other factors outside the independent variables in this study.
