Analisis Evaluasi Dampak Pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility Pada PT. BPD Jawa Timur Tbk. Studi Kasus: Program Bantuan Sarana dan Prasarana Penunjang Produksi UMKM di Kota Surabaya Tahun 2022

Sektor UMKM merupakan pendorong roda ekonomi Kota Surabaya. Dari sektor ini tercipta lapangan kerja baru dan perbaikan taraf kehidupan para pelakunya. Namun, ketika pandemi Covid-19 melanda wilayah ini sektor UMKM mendapatkan tekanan ekonomi yang cukup parah. Banyak terjadi pemutusan hubungan kerja serta penurunan omzet usaha yang signifikan. Oleh sebab itu, Bank Jatim bermitra dengan Dinas Koperasi, UKM, dan Perdagangan Kota Surabaya melaksanakan aksi CSR dalam wujud pemberian alat bantu produksi bagi 188 UMKM di Kota Surabaya pada tahun 2022 silam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi dampak atas kegiatan CSR tersebut dengan meninjau pada indikator omzet usaha, penyerapan tenaga kerja, serta Social Return On Invesment (SROI) melalui pendekatan model Propensity Score Matching (PSM). Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 sampel yang diperoleh dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil dari pengujian terhadap 70 responden yang telah match dari 100 sampel tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa kelompok penerima bantuan CSR Bank Jatim mengalami kenaikan omzet usaha lebih tinggi sebesar 27?n menyerap tenaga kerja lebih tinggi hingga 65% selama tahun evaluasi ini, sedangkan kelompok bukan penerima manfaat mengalami kenaikan omzet sebesar 20?n menyerap tenaga kerja sebesar 17%. Selain itu, dalam program ini setiap Rp1,- dana CSR dari Bank Jatim dapat menciptakan multiplier effect terhadap perekonomian sebesar Rp46,-. Oleh Sebab itu, program CSR Bank Jatim terhadap UMKM di Kota Surabaya ini dinilai berhasil dan layak dilanjutkan.

This sector creates new jobs and improves the standard of living of the actors. However, when the Covid-19 pandemic hit this region, the MSMEs sector was under quite severe economic pressure. There have been many layoffs and a significant decrease in business turnover. Therefore, the Surabaya City Cooperatives, SMEs and Trade Service in collaboration with Bank Jatim carried out CSR actions in the form of providing production aids for 188 MSMEs in the Surabaya City in 2022. This study aims to evaluate the impact of these CSR activities by reviewing the indicators of business turnover, employment, and the Social Return On Investment (SROI) through the Propensity Score Matching (PSM) method approach. The number of samples used were 100 samples obtained by purposive sampling technique. The results of testing the 70 matched respondents from the 100 samples indicated that the recipient group of Bank Jatim CSR assistance experienced an increase in business turnover of 27% and absorbed a workforce of up to 65% during this evaluation year, while the non-beneficiary group experienced an increase in turnover of 20% and absorb labor by 17%. In addition, in this CSR program every Rp1,- CSR funds from Bank Jatim can create a multiplier effect on the economy of Rp46,-. Therefore, Bank Jatim's CSR program for MSMEs in the Surabaya city is considered successful and deserves to be continued.
