MITIGASI RISIKO KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA PADA UD BUDI SAMUDRA MENGGUNAKAN METODE HAZARD AND OPERABILITY STUDY (HAZOPS

    Usaha Dagang (UD) Budi Samudra merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam produksi kerupuk kulit. Proses produksi pada UD Budi Samudra memiliki potensi bahaya untuk terjadi kecelakaan kerja. Kecelakaan kerja tersebut dapat menmbahayakan pekerja dan menyebabkan proses produksi terganggu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis potensi bahaya yang dapat terjadi serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan kepada UD Budi Samudra.

    Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOPS), metode HAZOPS memilki tujuan untuk mengidentfikasi risiko yang ada. Data HAZOPS yang sudah diperoleh kemudian dinilai risikonya menggunakan bantuan matriks risiko, kemudian disusun rekomendasi menggunakan hirarki pengendalian risiko.

    Hasil identifikasi menggunakan metode HAZOPS menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 14 bahaya yang terdapat pada proses produksi UD Budi Samudra. Terdapat 8 bahaya pada tingkatan high, 3 bahaya pada tingkatan moderate, dan 3 bahaya pada tingkatan low. Hasil rekomendasi berupa pengadaan alat, penambahan APD dan juga pembuatan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) baru. SOP baru dibuat pada stasiun kerja penjemuran.

Budi Samudra Sole Proprietorship (SP) is a company engaged in the production of skin crackers. The production process at Budi Samudra SP has potential hazards which can lead to work accidents. These work accidents can endanger workers and disrupt the production process. The purpose of this research is to analyze the potential hazards that can occur and provide recommendations for improvement to Budi Samudra SP.

This study uses the Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOPS) method, the HAZOPS method has the aim of identifying existing risks. The HAZOPS data that has been obtained is then assessed for its risks using the help of a risk matrix, then recommendations are made using a risk control hierarchy.

The results of identification using the HAZOPS method show that there are 14 hazards in the production process of UD Budi Samudra. There are 8 hazards at the high level, 3 hazards at the moderate level, and 3 hazards at the low level. The results of the recommendations are in the form of procurement of equipment, addition of PPE and also the creation of a new Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). A new SOP is made at the drying work station.
