Analisis Sektor Unggulan dan Proyeksi PDRB dalam Pembangunan Perekonomian di Kabupaten Kebumen Tahun 2013-2022

Pembangunan daerah yang berkelanjutan sangat diperlukan dalam  mendorong pertumbuhan perekonomian lokal. Pembangunan perekonomian di suatu daerah diperlukan agar dapat memperkuat sektor sektor perekonomian yang ada dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya dan potensi yang ada secara maksimal. Oleh karena itu dalam penentuan sektor unggulan di Kabupaten Kebumen yang memiliki potensi besar diperlukan dalam perencanaan pembangunan perekonomian daerah.Penelitian ini bertujuan dalam menentukan sektor unggulan di Kabupaten Kebumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan data sekunder mengenai Produk Domestik Regional Bruto Kabupaten Kebumen dan Provinsi Jawa Tengah tahun 2013-2022 yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statsitik Kabupaten Keumen dan Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Location Quotient, analisis Shift-Share, analisis Tipologi Klassen, analisis Overlay, analisis Model Rasio Pertumbuhan, analisis ARIMA dan analisis Indeks Spesialisasi.Hasil dari analisis Location Quotient menunjukkan bahwa Kabupaten Kebumen memiliki tujuh sektor unggulan yaitu: sektor Industri Pengolahan; Pengadaan Listrik dan Gas; Pengadaan Air, Pengelolaan Sampah, Limbah dan Daur Ulang; Konstruksi; Informasi dan Komunikasi; Real Estate dan Jasa Perusahaan. Analisis Tipologi Klassen menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tujuh sektor yang berada pada Developed Sector yaitu : Industri Pengolahan; Perdagangan Besar dan Eceran, Reparasi Mobil dan Sepeda Motor; Transportasi dan Pergudangan; Administrasi Pemerintahan, Pertahanan dan Jaminan Sosial Wajib; Jasa Pendidikan; Jasa Kesehatan dan Kegiatan Sosial dan Jasa Lainnya. Hasil  analisis Overlay mengindikasikan bahwa Sektor Industri Pengolahan; Sektor Pengadaan Listrik dan Gas; Sektor Konstruksi; Sektor Penyediaan Akomodasi dan Makan Minum dan Sektor Informasi dan Komunikasi menjadi sektor paling unggulan di Kabupaten Kebumen. Hasil analisis ARIMA menunjukkan model yang cocok digunakan dalam peramalan adalah  model (0,1,1) atau MA (1) dan analisis Forecasting menunjukkan bahwa PDRB di Kabupaten Kebumen dalam kurun waktu 20 tahun ke depan (2023-2042) menunjukkan pertumbuhan positif. Hasil analisis Indeks Spesialisasi menunjukkan bahwa sektor lapangan usaha Informasi dan Komunikasi menjadi sektor dengan spesialisasi lapangan usaha tertinggi yang menjadi sektor usaha dengan penciptaan pangsa pasar tertinggi.

Sustainable regional development is highly necessary in driving local economic growth. Economic development in a region is essential to strengthen existing economic sectors by maximizing available resources and potentials. Therefore, determining the leading sectors in Kebumen Regency, which holds significant potential, is crucial in the planning of regional economic development.The purpose of this research is to determine the leading sectors in Kebumen Regency. This study is conducted using secondary data on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of Kebumen Regency and Central Java Province from 2013 to 2022, sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (Badan Pusat Statistik) of Kebumen Regency and Central Java Province. The analytical tools used in this study include Location Quotient analysis, Shift-Share analysis, Klassen Typology analysis, Overlay analysis, Growth Rate Ratio model analysis, ARIMA analysis, and Specialization Index analysis.The results of the Location Quotient analysis indicate that Kebumen Regency has seven leading sectors: Manufacturing Industry; Electricity and Gas Supply; Water Supply, Waste Management, and Recycling; Construction; Information and Communication; Real Estate and Company Services. The Klassen Typology analysis shows that there are seven sectors classified as Developed Sectors: Manufacturing Industry; Wholesale and Retail Trade, Repair of Motor Vehicles and Motorcycles; Transportation and Warehousing; Government Administration, Defense, and Mandatory Social Security; Education Services; Health and Social Activities; and Other Services. The results of the Overlay analysis indicate that the Manufacturing Industry sector, Electricity and Gas Supply sector, Construction sector, Accommodation and Food Service sector, and Information and Communication sector are the most prominent sectors in Kebumen Regency. The results of the ARIMA analysis indicate that the suitable model for forecasting is model (0,1,1) or MA (1), and the Forecasting analysis shows that the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in Kebumen Regency for the next 20 years (2023-2042) exhibits positive growth.The analysis results of the Specialization Index indicate that the Information and Communication sector has the highest specialization in the field of business, making it the sector with the highest market share creation.
