Perbandingan Komunitas Ordo Tubificida dan Ordo Rhynchobdellida di Embung Tambakboyo, Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta

Embung Tambakboyo merupakan embung yang digunakan sebagai lokasi wisata, olahraga dan pemancingan. Pada bulan basah terjadi sedimentasi yang dapat menyebabkan pendangkalan. Adanya masukan limbah domestik dan limbah organik pertanian dan pemukiman sekitar dapat meningkatkan kesuburan perairan. Permasalahan tersebut berdampak terhadap komunitas makrozoobentos khususnya Ordo Tubificida dan Ordo Rhynchobdellida dari Filum Annelida yang dapat digunakan sebagai bioindikator kualitas air. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari perbandingan komunitas Ordo Tubificida dan Ordo Rhynchobdellida pada bulan kering dan bulan basah di Embung Tambakboyo, faktor lingkungan yang mempengaruhi komunitas dari kedua ordo, serta kondisi lingkungan perairan di Embung Tambakboyo. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli 2022 (bulan kering) dan Oktober 2022 (bulan basah) di Embung Tambakboyo, Sleman, DIY. Pencuplikan dilakukan dengan Petersen dredge secara purposive random sampling di 5 titik sampling dengan 3 kali pengulangan. Parameter fisikokimia yang diukur yaitu transparansi air, pH, kandungan CO2 terlarut, kandungan O2 terlarut, kecepatan arus, alkalinitas air, temperatur air, kandungan nitrat, fosfat, sulfat, dan tekstur substrat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan spesies yang ditemukan dari Ordo Tubificida yaitu Tubifex sp. dari functional feeding group Gathering collectors, sedangkan spesies dari Ordo Rhynchobdellida yaitu Helobdella sp. dari functional feeding group Predators. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini yaitu perbandingan densitas Ordo Tubificida dan Ordo Rhynchobdellida pada bulan kering yaitu sama, sedangkan densitas Ordo Tubificida dan Ordo Rhynchobdellida pada bulan basah yaitu berbeda. Faktor lingkungan yang membatasi komunitas kedua ordo pada bulan kering dan bulan basah di Embung Tambakboyo yaitu kecepatan arus air. Tingkat kesuburan air berdasarkan kandungan nitrat di Embung Tambakboyo pada bulan kering yaitu eutrofik, sedangkan pada bulan basah yaitu mesotrofik. 

Tambakboyo Reservoir is a reservoir used as a tourist, sports and fishing location. In the wet month sedimentation occurs which can cause siltation. The input of domestic waste and agricultural organic waste and surrounding settlements can increase water fertility. These problems have an impact on the macrozoobenthos community, especially the Order Tubificida and the Order Rhynchobdellida. This research aims to study the comparison of the communities of the Tubificida Order and the Rhynchobdellida Order in the dry and wet months at the Tambakboyo Reservoir, environmental factors that affect the communities of the two orders, as well as the conditions of the aquatic environment in the Tambakboyo Reservoir. The research was conducted in July 2022 (dry month) and October 2022 (wet month) at Tambakboyo Reservoir, Sleman, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Sampling was carried out using the Petersen Dredge by purposive random sampling at 5 sampling points with 3 repetitions. The physicochemical parameters measured were water transparency, pH, dissolved CO2 content, dissolved O2 content, current velocity, water alkalinity, water temperature, levels of nitrate, phosphate, sulfate, and substrate texture. The results showed that the species found were from the Order Tubificida, namely Tubifex sp. from the FFG Gathering Collectors, while the species from the Order Rhynchobdellida, namely Helobdella sp. from FFG Predators. The conclusion of this study is that the density comparison of the Tubificida Order and the Rhynchobdellida Order in the dry month is same, while in the wet month is different. The environmental factor that limits the communities of the two orders in the dry and wet months at the Tambakboyo Reservoir is the velocity of the water flow. The trophic level of water in the dry month is eutrophic, while in the wet month is mesotrophic.
