EVALUASI GADJAH MADA IPSATIVE PERSONALITY INVENTORY (GAMA IPI)

Kepribadian merupakan suatu karakteristik yang relatif konstan dan unik yang berkontribusi pada perilaku dalam berbagai situasi dan dari waktu ke waktu. Karakteristik tersebut tidak dapat diukur secara langsung, namun perlu pengukuran bernama skala psikologi. Skala psikologi merupakan metode dalam mengumpulkan sampel perilaku dari fungsi emosional, kognitif, atau interpersonal, seperti Gadjah Mada Ipsative Personality Inventory (Gama IPI). Skala Gama IPI mengukur kepribadian berdasarkan Big Five Theory dengan lima dimensi yaitu openness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, extraversion, dan agreeableness. Dalam perkembangannya, evaluasi psikometri pada Gama IPI belum pernah dilakukan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini melakukan evaluasi psikometri Gama IPI dengan meninjau validitas konstruk dan validitas item. Validitas konstruk diuji dengan menggunakan salah satu jenis analisis faktor yaitu analisis faktor konfirmatori yang ditinjau dari hasil SRMR, RMSEA, CFI, dan TLI. Validitas item diuji dengan menggunakan analisis model rasch yang ditinjau dari hasil infit outfit, item person map, dan expected empirical ICC. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa item-item pada setiap dimensi Gama IPI  masih perlu untuk ditinjau kembali dari segi validitas konstruk dan item. 

Personality is a relatively stable and distinctive trait that contributes to behavior in various situations and over time. Direct measurement of these characteristics is not possible, but a measurement called a psychological scale is needed. A psychological scale is a tool used to gather behavioral data from emotional, cognitive, or interpersonal functions, such as the Gadjah Mada Ipsative Personality Inventory (Gama IPI). Gama IPI is a measurement scale based on the Big Five Theory with five dimensions, namely openness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, extraversion, and agreeableness. During development, the Gama IPI has not undergone psychometric evaluation. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the psychometric properties of the Gama IPI by assessing construct validity and item validity. Construct validity was tested using one type of factor analysis, namely Confirmatory Factor Analysis in terms of the results of SRMR, RMSEA, CFI, and TLI. Meanwhile, the validity of the items was tested using the Rasch Model Analysis in terms of the results of the fit outfit, item person map, and expected empirical ICC. The results of this study indicate that the items in each dimension of Gama IPI still need to be reviewed in terms of construct and item validity.
