Proyek akhir ini mendeskripsikan hasil analisis dari implementasi klasifikasi arsip yang berfokus pada penataan arsip dinamis aktif di Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian proyek akhir ini, yaitu untuk mengidentifikasikan kondisi arsip dinamis aktif, implementasi klasifikasi arsip pada penataan arsip dinamis aktif, serta kendala dalam implementasi tersebut.

Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan dalam penyusunan proyek akhir ini dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang diterapkan, yaitu metode observasi partisipan, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Observasi partisipan dilaksanakan dengan terlibat kegiatan langsung di lapang dan mencatat segala informasi yang didapatkan. Wawancara dilakukan melalui proses tanya-jawab terstruktur baik secara tidak langsung maupun tatap muka. Studi pustaka yaitu melakukan kajian terhadap buku, jurnal, dan sumber lainnya yang berkaitan dengan tema proyek akhir.

Hasil proyek akhir ini berupa gambaran umum mengenai kondisi arsip dinamis aktif baik dari segi fisik, pengelolaan, jenis, dan volume. Implementasi klasifikasi arsip pada penataan arsip dinamis aktif terdiri dari cakupan kebijakan dan pedoman berlaku, skema klasifikasi arsip berlaku, penggunaan kode klasifikasi dan kode berkas, serta prosedur klasifikasi arsip dinamis aktif. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam implementasi klasifikasi arsip pada penataan arsip dinamis aktif, yaitu lambatnya pelaksanaan pengarsipan hingga menghambat proses penataan dan penyimpanan arsip. 

The final project describes the results of an analysis regarding the implementation of record classification focusing on filing system of active records at Bank Indonesia Special Region of Yogyakarta. The purpose of this final project research is to identify the condition of active record, the implementation of record classification in filing system of active records, and the obstacles in the implementation.

Qualitative research methods were used in the preparation of this final project with data collection techniques applied, namely participant observation, interviews, and literature study methods. Participant observation was carried out by engaging in direct activities in the field and recording all information obtained. Interviews were conducted through a structured question-and-answer process either indirectly or face-to-face. Literature study is a study of books, journals, and other sources related to the theme of the final project.

The conclusion of this final project is an overview of the condition of active records both in terms of physical and management. The implementation of record classification in active records consists of the coverage of applicable policies and guidelines, applicable record classification schemes, the use of classification codes and file codes, and active records classification procedures. The obstacles faced in the implementation of record classification in filing active records, namely the slow implementation of archiving to hamper the process of filing and storing records.
