Buku Kesehatan ibu dan anak (KIA) digunakan sebagai sarana atau alat yang digunakan untuk pencatatan segala pelayanan Kesehatan yang diterima ibu dan anak mulai dari kehamilan, persalinan, masa nifas sampai dengan anak berusia lima tahun. Buku KIA harus disimpan oleh ibu atau pasien sejak hamil hingga anak berusia lima tahun dan jika ibu mempunyai data anak atau kehamilan berikutnya, maka memerlukan buku lainnya. Penggunaan buku KIA untuk pencatatan data berkelanjutan tersebut menimbulkan potensi buku KIA dapat hilang, rusak ataupun pencatatan yang tidak lengkap jika ibu atau pasien berpindah faskes (fasilitas kesehatan) berbeda. Maka dari itu diperlukan pengembangan sistem yang terdigitalisasi yang dapat terintegrasi dengan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Bidan (SIM-Bidan). Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan metode agile scrum, menggunakan framework Laravel versi 7 yang saling terhubung dengan satu autentikasi dan database yang sama. Sistem ini telah berhasil dibangun, dan memiliki performa yang baik dari uji performa sistem yang dilakukan yaitu berdasarkan hasil audit lighthouse mendapatkan hasil kalkulasi dengan nilai ratarata 94,3 untuk pengujian performance, 82,4 untuk pengujian accessibility, serta 92 untuk pengujian best practice. Pengujian menunjukkan sistem KIA-Digital bagian ibu memiliki performa yang baik untuk diakses oleh pengguna.

The Maternal and Child Health handbook (MCH handbook) is a tool used to record all health services received by mothers and children from pregnancy women, childbirth, the postpartum period until the child reaches the age of five. The MCH handbook must be kept by the mother or patient from pregnancy until the child is five years old and if the mother has data on the next child or pregnancy, another book is needed. The use of the MCH handbook for continuous data recording raises the potential for the MCH handbook to be lost, damaged or the recording incomplete if the mother or patient changes to a different health facility. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a digitalized system that can be integrated with the Tocologist Management System Information. This system was built using agile scrum methods, using the laravel version 7 framework which is interconnected with one authentication and the same database. This system has been successfully developed and has good performance from the system performance tests carried out, namely based on the results of the lighthouse audit, the calculation results obtained with an average score of 94.3 for performance testing, 82.4 for accessibility testing, and 92 for best practice testing . Tests show that the system has good performance for user access.
