Pengaruh Pemberian Tepung Tulang Bandeng (Chanos chanos) dengan Metode Freeze Dry terhadap Bobot Badan Ayam Bangkok (Gallus domesticus)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian tepung tulang bandeng (Chanos chanos) yang diproses menggunakan metode freeze-drying terhadap bobot badan ayam bangkok (Gallus domesticus). Penelitian ini menggunakan ayam bangkok berjumlah sembilan ekor yang dikelompokkan menjadi kelompok perlakuan sebanyak lima ekor dan kelompok kontrol sebanyak empat ekor. Kelompok kontrol diberikan pakan basal berupa HI-PRO-VITE A594K sedangkan kelompok perlakuan diberi pakan basal ditambah dengan tepung tulang bandeng sebanyak 3,3 gr/ekor/hari. Pengukuran bobot badan ayam dilakukan pada kedua kelompok pada hari ke 0,7,14,21,28,35. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan rerata bobot badan ayam perlakuan adalah 3,438 +- 0,32 gram lebih tinggi dari pada ayam kontrol yang memiliki hasil 2,08 +- 0,79 gram. This study aims to determine the effect of giving milkfish bone meal (Chanos chanos) which is processed using the freeze-drying method on the body weight of bangkok chickens (Gallus domesticus). This study used nine bangkok chickens which were grouped into a treatment group of five and a control group of four. The control group was given basal feed in the form of HI-PRO-VITE A594K while the treatment group was given basal feed plus milkfish bone meal as much as 3.3 g/head/day. Chicken body weight measurements were carried out in both groups on days 0,7,14,21,28,35. The results of this study showed that the average body weight of the treatment chickens was 3.438 +- 0.32 grams, which was higher than the control chickens which had a yield of 2.08 +- 0.79 grams.
