Penyebaran penyakit ini dapat menyebabkan kerugian gagal panen lebih dari 20%-50?hkan akan menimbulkan kerusakan lebih besar lagi jika penyebarannya secara konsorsium. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang primer spesifik berdasarkan gen flhD dan EPS Ralstonia syzygii subsp. celebesensis. Analisis dilakukan pada pengembangan desain primer spesifik menggunakan urutan flhD dan EPS yang diambil dari GenBank, Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR), sekuensing.
