Pengaruh Jenis Semen Resin dan Light Curing Unit terhadap Kestabilan Warna Gigi Tiruan Cekat Lithium Disilicate

Kestabilan warna dari restorasi keramik lithium disilicate menjadi perhatian utama para klinisi. Kestabilan warna dipengaruhi faktor intrinsik dan faktor ekstrinsik. Sementasi lithium disilicate dapat menggunakan semen resin light cured atau dual cured dan jenis LCU monowave atau polywave. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh jenis semen resin dan jenis light curing unit terhadap kestabilan warna gigi tiruan cekat lithium disilicate.

Sebanyak 24 sampel lithium disilicate ukuran 10x10x1 mm dibagi menjadi 4 kelompok penelitian. Kelompok 1A disementasi light cured disinari LCU monowave, kelompok 1B disementasi light cured disinar LCU polywave, kelompok 2A disementasi dual cured disinari LCU monowave, kelompok 2B disementasi dual cured disinari LCU polywave. Setelah proses polimerisasi diukur nilai warna awal L, a, b dengan chroma meter. Kemudian seluruh sampel di thermocycling 50 dan 550 selama 30 detik sebanyak 5.000 kali. Selanjutnya diukur nilai warna akhirnya. Data nilai rerata warna akhir dikurangi rerata warna awal untuk mendapatkan nilai L, a, b. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan ANAVA dua jalur dan Uji Post Hoc LSD.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kelompok 1B semen resin light cured yang disinari polywave memiliki nilai rerata  perubahan warna paling sedikit (0,173 ± 0,051) dan kelompok 2A semen resin dual cured yang disinari monowave memiliki nilai perubahan warna paling banyak (0,448 ± 0,111). Hasil uji ANAVA dua jalur menunjukkan jenis semen resin dan jenis sinar LCU berpengaruh terhadap perubahan warna lithium disilicate. Hasil uji post hoc LSD menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan bermakna pada semua kelompok. Kesimpulan penelitian ini jenis semen resin dan light curing unit berpengaruh terhadap kestabilan warna gigi tiruan cekat lithium disilicate, jenis semen resin light cured yang dipolimerisasi dengan LCU polywave menghasilkan stabilitas warna yang paling baik.

The color stability of lithium disilicate ceramic restorations is a major concern for clinicians. Color stability is influenced by intrinsic and extrinsic factors. Lithium disilicate cementation can use light-cured or dual-cured resin cement and monowave or polywave light curing unit (LCU). This research aims to examine the effect of resin cement and LCU types on the color stability of lithium disilicate fixed dentures.

A total of 24 lithium disilicate samples measuring 10x10x1 mm were divided into 4 study groups. Group 1A was cemented with light-cured cement and LCU monowave, group 1B was light-cured cement and LCU polywave, group 2A was dual-cured cement and LCU monowave, and group 2B was dual-cured cement and LCU polywave. After the polymerization process, the initial color values L, a, b were measured with a chroma meter. Then all samples were thermocycling 50 and 550, dwelling time of 30 seconds for 5,000 times. Next, the mean of the final color value is measured. The mean of the final color was subtracted from the mean of the initial color to get the values of L, a, b data. The data obtained were analyzed using a two-way ANOVA and then an LSD Post Hoc test.

The results showed that group 1B light-cured resin cement and LCU polywave had the least mean color change value (0.173 ± 0.051) and group 2A dual-cured resin cement and LCU monowave had the highest color change value (0.448 ± 0.111). The two-way ANOVA test showed that the type of resin cement and the type of LCU had an effect on the color change of lithium disilicate. The conclusion of this study was the type of resin cement and LCU affects the color stability of lithium disilicate fixed dentures, the type of light-cured resin cement and irradiated with LCU polywave gave the best color stability.
