PENGARUH TIGA JENIS PUPUK DAN TINGKAT NAUNGAN TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN SERTA HASIL KANGKUNG DARAT (Ipomoea reptans Poir.)

Penelitian bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui interaksi antara tingkat naungan dengan tiga jenis jenis pupuk terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil kangkung darat dan 2) Mengetahui pengaruh tiga jenis pupuk di tingkat naungan yang berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil kangkung darat (Ipomoea reptans Poir) sebagai simulasi untuk pertanian perkotaan. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Bulan Januari – Februari 2023 di Rumah Kaca dan Laboratorium Manajemen Produksi Tanaman sub Laboratorium Ilmu Tanaman Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta. Bahan yang digunakan yaitu benih kangkung varietas Bangkok LP-1, paranet 25?n 50%, gelas plastik ukuran 18 oz, tanah regosol, aseton 80%, pupuk NPK, pupuk urea, dan pupuk kandang sapi. Alat yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan adalah cangkul, ember, penggaris, oven, timbangan elektrik, jangka sorong, alat tulis, leaf area meter, termohigrometer, lux meter, kertas saring, erlenmeyer, tabung reaksi, cawan dan mortar. Penelitian di lapangan menggunakan desain split-plot dengan tiga ulangan. Faktor utama sebagai petak utama yakni perlakuan naungan, terdiri tiga aras yaitu tanpa naungan (N0), 25% (N1) dan 50% (N2). Faktor kedua sebagai anak petak adalah jenis pupuk terdiri dari 4 aras yakni tanpa pemupukan (P0), pupuk kandang sapi (P1), pupuk NPK (P2) dan pupuk urea (P3). Variabel yang diukur mencakup pengamatan tanaman sampel non destruktif dan destruktif,serta iklim mikro. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis varians (ANOVA) dengan ? 5%, dan dilanjutkan dengan uji HSD Tukey taraf signifikasi 5%. Hasil penelitian memberikan informasi bahwa 1)Tidak adanya interaksi antara tiga jenis pupuk dengan tingkat naungan berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kangkung darat dan 2)Tiga jenis pupuk yang diberikan belum dapat memberikan hasil yang maksimal pada pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kangkung darat. Perlakuan tanpa naungan memberikan hasil kangkung lebih baik untuk dikonsumsi.
The study aimed to 1) determine the interaction between the level of shade with three kinds of fertilizer on growth and yield of kangkong and 2) To determine the effect of three kinds of fertilizer at different shade levels on growth and yield of kangkong (Ipomoea reptans Poir) as a simulation for urban farming. The research was conducted in January - February 2023 in the Greenhouse and Crop Production Management Laboratory of the Plant Science Sub-Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta. The materials used were kale seeds of Bangkok LP-1 variety, 25% and 50% paranet, 18 oz plastic cups, regosol soil, 80?etone, NPK fertilizer, urea fertilizer, and cow manure. The tools used in the implementation were hoe, bucket, ruler, oven, electric scale, vernier scale, stationery, leaf area meter, thermohygrometer, lux meter, filter paper, erlenmeyer, test tube, cup and mortar. The materials used kangkong of Bangkok LP-1 variety, 25% and 50% paranet, 18 oz plastic cups, regosol soil, 80?etone, NPK fertilizer, urea fertilizer, and cow manure. The tools used in the implementation were shovel, bucket, ruler, oven, electric scale, vernier scale, stationery, leaf area meter, thermohygrometer, lux meter, filter paper, erlenmeyer, test tube, cup and mortar. Field research used a split-plot design with three replications. The field experiment used a split-plot design with three replications. The main factor as the main plot was shade treatment, consisting of three levels, no shade (N0), 25% (N1) and 50% (N2). The second factor as a sub-plot is the kind of fertilizer consisting of 4 levels, no fertilizer (P0), cow manure (P1), NPK fertilizer (P2) and urea fertilizer (P3). Variables measured included Variables measured included non-destructive and destructive observations of sample plants, and microclimate. The data obtained were analyzed for variance (ANOVA) with ? 5%, and continued with Tukey's HSD test at 5% significance level. The results of the study provide information that 1) There is no interaction between three kinds of fertilizers on growth and yield of kangkong at different shade levels and 2) Three kinds of fertilizers given have not been able to provide maximum results on growth and yield of kangkong. Treatment without any shade gives better Kangkong for consumption.
