ANALISIS PUSAT PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI KABUPATEN SUKOHARJO BERDASARKAN PENDEKATAN SEKTORAL DAN REGIONAL

Pembangunan berkelanjutan dapat dicapai dengan mengembangkan potensi sumber daya alam menjadi kekuatan ekonomi, sosial, budaya, politik, pertahanan dan keamanan yang nyata. Kabupaten Sukoharjo memiliki potensi pembangunan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sektor ekonomi unggulan di Kabupaten Sukoharjo yang dapat dijadikan bahan masukan, informasi, dan pertimbangan dalam pembuatan kebijakan pembangunan ekonomi Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Hal ini didukung dari sisi regional untuk pengembangan sektor di suatu wilayah sebagai pusat pertumbuhan. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, yakni Produk Domestik Regional Bruto Atas Dasar Harga Konstan, jumlah fasilitas ekonomi dan sosial, dan shapefile peta. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Shift-Share untuk analisis potensi sektor, sedangkan analisis skalogram dan indeks sentralitas untuk menentukan lokasi pengembangan wilayah sektor ekonomi. Hasil analisis Shift-Share menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 6 sektor unggulan, yaitu sektor informasi dan komunikasi, sektor pengadaan air, pengelolaan sampah, limbah dan daur ulang, sektor real estate, sektor jasa perusahaan, sektor jasa kesehatan dan kegiatan sosial, dan sektor jasa lainnya. Analisis skalogram dan indeks sentralitas untuk menentukan hierarki pusat pertumbuhan menunjukkan bahwa untuk hierarki I terdapat 3 kecamatan yakni Kecamatan Kartasura, Kecamatan Grogol, dan Kecamatan Baki; hierarki II terdapat 7 kecamatan, yakni Kecamatan Weru, Kecamatan Bulu, Kecamatan Tawangsari, Kecamatan Sukoharjo, Kecamatan Bendosari, Kecamatan Polokarto, dan Kecamatan Mojolaban; hierarki III terdapat 2 kecamatan, yakni Kecamatan Gatak dan Kecamatan Nguter. Kesimpulan dari hasil analisis secara keseluruhan adalah bahwa pengembangan sektor unggulan terdapat di Kecamatan Kartasura sehingga kecamatan ini memiliki potensi daerah yang besar.

Sustainable development can be achieved by developing the potential of natural resources into a real economic, social, cultural, political, defense and security power. Sukoharjo Regency has the potential for sustainable economic development. This study aims to identify leading economic sectors in Sukoharjo Regency which can be used as input, information, and considerations in making economic development policies in Sukoharjo Regency. This is also supported from the regional side for sector development in a region as a center of growth. The data used are secondary data, namely Gross Regional Domestic Product, number of economic and social facilities, and map shapefiles. The analysis technique used is Shift Share analysis for sector potential analysis, while scalogram analysis and centrality index are used to determine the location of economic sector area development. The Shift-Share analysis results show that there are 6 leading sectors, namely the information and communication sector, the water supply sector, waste management, waste and recycling, the real estate sector, the corporate services sector, the health services sector and social activities, and other service sectors. Scalogram analysis and centrality index to determine the growth center hierarchy show that for hierarchy I there are 3 sub-districts namely Kartasura, Grogol, and Baki sub-districts; hierarchy II there are 7 districts, namely Weru District, Bulu District, Tawangsari District, Sukoharjo District, Bendosari District, Polokarto District, and Mojolaban District; hierarchy III there are 2 districts, namely Gatak District and Nguter District. The conclusion from the results of the overall analysis is that the leading sector development is in Kartasura District so that this sub-district has great regional potential.
