PARTISIPASI ANGGOTA KELOMPOK BENTENG BAKAU LESTARI DALAM PROGRAM PERCEPATAN REHABILITASI MANGROVE DI PANTAI CELINCING KPH KETAPANG SELATAN PROVINSI KALIMANTAN BARAT

Partisipasi masyarakat merupakan elemen penting untuk mendukung keberhasilan rehabilitasi mangrove. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan tingkat partisipasi anggota Kelompok Benteng Bakau Lestari dan menganalisis hubungan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi anggota Kelompok Benteng Bakau Lestari dalam Program Percepatan Rehabilitasi Mangrove di Pantai Celincing KPH Ketapang Selatan, Provinsi Kalimantan Barat.

Penelitian menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan penetapan responden secara sensus pada seluruh anggota Kelompok Benteng Bakau Lestari. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif untuk mengetahui tingkat partisipasi anggota kelompok dan chi-square untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat partisipasi anggota dalam Program Percepatan Rehabilitasi Mangrove.

Tingkat partisipasi anggota kelompok dalam program rehabilitasi diukur pada tahap perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengelolaan, monitoring, dan evaluasi. Tingkat partisipasi anggota Kelompok Benteng Bakau Lestari dalam Program Percepatan Rehabilitasi Mangrove di Pantai Celincing berada pada kategori Tinggi dengan nilai total sebesar 97,71. Tingkat partisipasi anggota kelompok pada tahap perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan monitoring termasuk dalam kategori partisipasi tinggi, sedangkan tahap evaluasi termasuk dalam partisipasi kategori rendah. Faktor sosial yaitu jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, jenis pekerjaan utama, tingkat pendapatan, jumlah tanggungan keluarga, dan jarak tempat tinggal menuju lokasi rehabilitasi merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat partisipasi anggota kelompok dalam Program Percepatan Rehabilitasi Mangrove. Faktor-faktor ini berpengaruh pada tahap perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan monitoring, sedangkan tahap evaluasi tidak dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor sosial yang dikaji. Di antara faktor social yang diuji terdapat usia yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat partisipasi anggota pada semua tahapan program Percepatan Rehabilitasi Mangrove.

Community participation is an important element to support the success of mangrove rehabilitation. The purpose of this study is to explain the level of participation of the members of the Benteng Bakau Lestari Group and to analyze the relationship between factors influencing the participation of members of the Benteng Bakau Lestari Group in the Mangrove Rehabilitation Acceleration Program at Celincing Beach KPH Ketapang Selatan, West Kalimantan Province.

This research using survey method. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation, with the determination of respondents by census on all members of the Benteng Bakau Lestari Group. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive to determine the level of participation of group members and chi-square to determine the factors that influence the level of participation of members in the Accelerated Mangrove Rehabilitation Program.

The level of participation of group members in the rehabilitation program was measured at the planning, organizing, managing, monitoring and evaluation stages. The level of participation of members of the Benteng Bakau Lestari Group in the Mangrove Rehabilitation Acceleration Program at Celincing Beach is in the High category with a total score of 97.71. The level of participation of group members in the stages of planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring is included in the high participation category, while the evaluation stage is included in the low participation category. Social factors, namely gender, education level, main type of work, income level, number of family dependents, and distance of residence to the rehabilitation location are factors that influence the level of participation of group members in the Accelerated Mangrove Rehabilitation Program. These factors influence the stages of planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring, while the evaluation stage is not influenced by the social factors studied. Among the social factors tested, there is age which does not affect the level of member participation in all stages of the Mangrove Rehabilitation Acceleration program.
